본 연구의 목적은 웹기반 팀학습 환경에서 공유정신모형(Shared Mental Model)이 팀과제 수행 및 개인과제 수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 반복측정설계 및 분석방법을 적용한 결과 팀학습자들의 공유정신모형의 유사성은 팀학습 활동시간이 경과할수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 상관분석과 다중회귀분석 결과, 공유정신모형은 팀과제 수행 및 개인과제 수행과 상관성이 높았으며, 공유정신모형의 세부지표들의 과제수행과 개인과제 수행 설명력은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 시간이 경과할수록 공유정신모형의 팀과제 수행 설명력은 증가하였으나 개인과제 수행 설명력은 완만하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of shared mental model on learners and team performance in web-based learning environment. In addition, the study identified if shared mental model was changing as the time passed. The results showed that the shared mental models across the teams were changed significantly as the time went away. The results also showed that the shared mental models, including sub-categories of the shared mental model, had impacted on the learners and team performance. Further research needs to be done in the areas of the shared mental model measurement and the potential impacts of predictors such as team structure and task types on the shared mental models.
