본 연구의 목적은 ICT 활용교육을 위한 GBS 교수·학습방법의 초등학교 현장적용 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구과제는 첫째 ICT 환경 기반의 GBS 수업을 설계하고, 둘째 설계된 GBS 교수·학습 과정안을 현장에 적용하며, 셋째 전문가 평가를 통해 GBS의 수업적용 후 효과성을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법으로 ICT와 GBS 설계이론을 중심으로 문헌연구 및 사례연구를 수행하였고, 이를 토대로 ICT 활용교육을 위한 GBS 수업설계와 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 또 ICT 환경 기반의 GBS 교수·학습방법 과정안의 타당도 확보를 위해 전문가 검토를 받았으며 그 결과를 수정, 반영하여 현장에 적용하였다. 연구과정에서 사용된 주된 질적 연구 자료는 학습자의 성찰활동, 수행활동 결과물, 녹취, 면담, 학습지원 사이트에 누적된 활동 자료 등을 중심으로 수집하였고, 현장전문가, 내용전문가, 교수설계전문가 중심의 개별 심층 면접을 통해 ICT 활용교육을 위한 GBS 교수·학습 방법의 수업적용 후 효과성에 대해 평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과, ICT 활용교육에서 GBS 교수·학습 방법 적용은 시나리오적 요소로 동기유발과 미션 중심의 문제해결전략을 강화하였고, ICT 자원의 활용은 수행과제해결과, 팀 활동, 성찰활동을 통해 학습자간 다양한 상호작용과 문제해결 활동을 가질 수 있게 하였다. 또 학습자들은 수행과제해결에서 가진 기대에 대한 실패를 통하여 학습이 이루어지는 기회를 가질 수 있었으며, ICT 교육 환경이 제공해 주는 자원으로서 환경은 재확인 과정에서 기능과 지식을 습득하기에 매주 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 확인한 GBS 교수·학습방법의 교육현장 적용 가능성에 터하여 이후 GBS 교수·학습 전략 가이드 개발 연구, 학교 급별 GBS 교수 모델 및 교육 프로그램 개발연구 등이 추가로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to search the possibility of applying the GBS teaching-learning method to the actual field for ICT Applications in Education. The research tasks for achieving such research objectives were as in the following. First, the study should design class based on the GBS for ICT Applications in Education. Second, it should apply the developed GBS teaching-learning plan to actual classes. Third, it should examine the possibility of applying the GBS teaching-learning method to the actual field through an analysis of said results. As for research methods, reference research and case study were used to design class and to develop a teaching-learning plan for ICT Applications in Education based on the GBS. Then, the researcher of this study conducted the classes of the 13th lesson with the 6th-grade elementary school students located in B Metropolitan City for its actual application. In addition, the said researcher acquired by the students after its actual application and performed individual in-depth interviews with the field experts, those of social studies and teaching & designing who participated in said classes as well as observed learners` reflection journals. Then searched the possibility of applying the GBS teaching-learning method to the actual field for ICT Applications in Education. As a result of analyzing the factors such as learners` reflection journals and individual in-depth interviews with the experts who participated in said classes, it has been confirmed that it was highly possible to apply the GBS teaching-learning method to the actual elementary class. In addition, Learners are expected to perform the task with a failure to resolve through the learning opportunities that could be made. The educational environment for ICT offered as a resource acquired skill and knowledge was very appropriate. It would be necessary to do further researches on the development of the GBS teaching-learning strategy guides, that of the programs for the GBS teaching model and education by school grade and the case studies of applying the GBS in actual field.
