본 연구의 목적은 사이버대학에서의 수업만족도 영향 요인이 무엇인지를 분석하고, 수업만족도 영향 요인에 대한 학습자와 교수자의 인식의 차이를 분석하고, 이들 요인이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 정도를 분석하기 위함이었다. 수업만족도 영향 요인에 대한 학습자와 교수자의 인식조사를 위해 A사이버대학의 교수자 126명, 학습자 747명이 참여하였으며, 영향 요인의 실행도와 수업만족도를 평가하기 위해 동 대학의 6,502명의 학습자가 참여하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 수업만족도 영향 요인에 대한 학습자와 교수자의 인식에는 큰 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 학습자는 학습자(2.50점)와 지원체제 및 시스템(2.34점) 요인을 중요 영향 요인으로 인식하고 있는 반면, 교수자는 콘텐츠(3.90점), 교수자(3.87점), 학습자(3.58점), 지원체제 및 시스템(3.50점) 요인 순으로 4개 요인이 골고루 영향을 미친다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 수업만족도 영향 요인이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 정도를 분석한 결과, 교수자 요인(63%), 콘텐츠 요인(31%), 학습자 요인(3%)의 순으로 영향을 미치며, 지원체제 및 시스템 요인은 수업만족도에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영향 요인 중 분류형 항목에 대한 수업만족도의 차이를 분석한 결과, 학습자 요인에서 사전지식, 학습 성향, 연령, 강의수강 목적, 학습방법의 선호도, 학습 소요 시간 등에 따라 수업만족도에 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 수업만족도 영향 요인의 세부 항목별 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 정도를 분석한 결과, 전체 항목의 63.9%인 23개 항목이 영향 요인으로 나타났는데, 이들 중 교수자 요인에서 11개, 콘텐츠 요인에서 7개, 지원체제 및 시스템에서 4개, 학습자 요인에서 1개 항목이 영향 요인으로 분석되어, 수업만족도 영향 요인별 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 정도의 분석결과와 같은 맥락에서 교수자 및 콘텐츠 요인이 중요 영향 요인으로 일치된 결과를 보임을 알 수 있었다.

The purposes of this study was investigation of key effect factors on course satisfaction, analysis of awareness of effect factors on course satisfaction, and verification for each effect factors` influence on course satisfaction in Cyber university. 126 of professors and 747 of learners in A cyber university participated in survey on awareness of effect factors on course satisfaction, Also 6,502 of students participated in evaluation of effect factors on course satisfaction and course satisfaction itself. To the following of the results of this study, firstly, there was a gap of awareness of effect factors on course satisfaction. Learners answered Learner(2.50) and Support system(2.34) to the survey whereas professors answered with the following order of Contents (3.90), Instructor(3.87), Learner(3.58), Support system(3.50) as key effect factors of course satisfaction. Secondly, the effect factors` influence on course satisfaction was in order of Instructor (63%), Contents(31%), Student(3%) to the result of the multiple regression analysis. Support system had a no influence on course satisfaction. Thirdly, theres was a statistical significant difference in prerequisite, learning preference, age, the purpose of learning, learning methods preference, learning time of categorized item of Learner and Instructor factors. Lastly, 23 effect factors` items(63.9%) influenced on course satisfaction, especially, 11 items in Instructor, 7 items in Contents, 4 items in Support system, 1 item in Leaner were effect factors` items influence on course satisfaction, Instructor and Contents factor were analyzed key factors, this was similar result of the analysis on key effect factors of course satisfaction.
