이 논문은 후기기독교사회적인 상황에 직면한 한국교회가 현황목회구조를 어떤 방식으로 가져가야 할 것인가를 고민하면서, 그 고민에 대한 해답으로서 성도의 교제를 본질로 한 교회상을 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 첫째로 한국교회가 직면한 상황에 대한 스케치를 기존연구를 간략하게 언급하는 방식으로 서론에서 전개하였다. 둘째로, 교회 본질의 원형으로서 삼위 하나님의 교제적 본성을 구원사적인 전망에서 신학적으로 논의했다. 셋째로, 교회의 본질로서 성도의 교제를 실천적인 강조점을 가지고 네 가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 그런 본질을 구현할 수 있는 미래목회영역들을 예시적으로 언급하였다.

In consideration of the pursuit of future ministry structure in Korean churches in post-Christendom era, this research suggests and provides the foundations to churches based on the communion of the saints as the essence of church. In the introduction, this article briefly mentions the sketch of current states of Korean churches. Next, there is a theological discussion on the nature of communion of the Trinity, which is the fundamental nature of all churches, in redemptive historical view. Then, this article analyzes the communion of the saints in four perspectives. Lastly, it exemplifies the realm of possible future ministry to actualize the nature of the Trinity.
