The purpose of this study is to explore the method to improve the level of satisfaction by finding the customer satisfaction and re-registration intention by identifying the influence of the dance institute service quality on the customer satisfaction and re-registration. The results are as follows. The service quality made a significant influence on the customer satisfaction. The service quality was significantly influential on the re-registration intention. The customer satisfaction made significant influence on the re-registration intention. The service satisfaction, price satisfaction, facility satisfaction and program satisfaction out of the customer satisfaction made influence on the re-registration intention.
