본 연구는 놀이치료 수퍼비전의 효율성을 높이기 위해 필요한 수퍼바이지의 행동이 무엇인지를 구체적으로 밝혀보고자 하며, 이를 바탕으로 놀이치료 수퍼바이지의 효과적인 수퍼비전 행동 문항을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌 및 선행연구를 검토하였고, 수퍼바이저, 수퍼바이지를 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 이론적인 자료와 실증적인 근거를 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 효과적인 수퍼비전 행동은 개방성, 조언에 대한 이행, 준비성 혹은 성실성, 적극성, 사례에 대한 책임감, 자기통찰, 긍정적인 개인적 특성, 수퍼바이저에 대한 태도, 수퍼비전의 구조화, 행정적인 일의 10개 하위차원으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 효과적인 수퍼비전 행동 하위문항은 총 84개 문항이 추출되었으며, 이론과 경험적인 자료에서 공통적으로 추출된 문항은 41개 문항이었으며 비공통문항으로 43개 문항이 추출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 논의하고 추후연구를 위해 제한점을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate the effective supervision behavior of play therapy supervisee in Korea and 2) to introduce what constitutes effective supervisee behavior within the context of supervision. This study is a preliminary attempt for the development of the effective supervision behavior scale. To develop the effective supervision behavior list, the in-depth interview was carried our for 7 supervisors and 13 supervisees answering the following research questions, "How does she use supervision well?" or "How do you use supervision well?". The data was qualitatively analyzed. The major findings of this study were that the effective supervision behaviors were categorized into 10 sub-variables. They were named as follows: Exhibits Openness, Demonstrates positiveness, Complies with supervisor`s advises, Demonstrates readiness, Responsibility for the case, Demonstrates self-insight, Attitude to supervisor, Affirmative peculiarity, Structure for supervision, Administrative business. But administrative business variable is ruled out. Based on the research results, the effective supervision behavior list is presented.
