본 연구는 유아교사들이 교육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 온라인 유아학습 웹사이트 평가도구 , 특히 웹사이트 활용유형에 따라교사 자료형 웹사이트 평가도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌고찰, 주제별 인터뷰, 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사, 통계적 검증과정을 거쳤다. 그 결과 교사 자료형 웹사이트 평가도구는 총 2개 영역, 7개 평가준거(교육적 활용성, 정확성, 신뢰성, 연결성, 기능성, 사용의 용이성, 디자인)에 대한 전문가 집단 간 의견의 일치가 도출되어 개발된 교사 자료형 웹사이트 평가도구가 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의결과는 기존의 유아 교육용 소프트웨어 평가도구와 웹사이트 평가도구에서는 볼 수 없었던 콘텐츠 영역과 이를 전달하는 인터페이스 영역을 포괄적으로 포함함으로써, 향후 웹사이트를 제작하는 기관에게는 교사 자료형 웹사이트 설계에 대한 기본 지침을 제공하고, 현장교사들에게는 교사 자료형 웹사이트를 평가하는 준거를 제공하여 유아의 발달과 교육에 적합한 웹사이트를 선별하여 유아교육에 활용하는데 기여하게 될 것 이다.
This study is an attempt to develop a type of the materials to a teacher website evaluation tool, and to validate it. For these purposes, a number of literatures were reviewed and used, focus interview, 2 rounds of delphi method process and statistical analysis. On delphi method process, participants were Preschool Children education relevant professionals (professors, institute researcher and field experts). In first round, 21 field experts participated and answered the Evaluation Tool prototype by open-ended question. In round 2, 74 experts(29 professors, 21 institute researchers, 24 field experts) and 177 national kindergarten teacher located in Seoul, Koungki, and Taejon. Participants dealt with the Evaluation Tool which has corrected and strengthened the prototype with a checking scale of 1-6. To validate a type of the materials to the teacher website evaluation tool, Kruskal-Wallis test, MDS and Reliability tests, Factor Analysis were used. The results of this study were as follows : First, a type of the materials to teacher website evaluation tool was constructed with 2 categories, 7 subcategories,and 63 evaluation item. Second, The results of validate a type of the materials to teacher website evaluation showed congruence between three professional groups by the Kruskal-Wallis test method. Also MDS results showed euclidean gaps between three groups. But it appeared consistently distributed about the ideal points. Therefore we can assume there is congruence with the validity of individual evaluation items in the the materials to teacher website evaluation tool.
