1태권에어로빅 대학수업에서 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 학습자의 수업몰입에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of non-verbal communication on the learner's class immersion in university Taekwondo aerobics class.
To achieve this purpose, samples were collected from 337 university students who participated in a university Taekwondo aerobics class that was run by a professor. The self administered questionnaire survey method was used, where the researcher visited in person to explain the purpose and method of study and the respondents answered the survey questions. A total of 337 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, excluding 14 questionnaires that could contaminate the study results. To verify the research hypothesis, statistical data analysis was conducted using the statistics package program SPSS 22.0 ver., and a multiple regression analysis was performed to analyse the effect of independent variables on dependent variables.
The results of analysis revealed that the sub-factors of non-verbal communication had a positive (+) effect on class concentration, a sub-factor of class immersion. However, only partial sub-factors of non-verbal communication were found to have a positive (+) effect on the class immersion sub-factors of instructor credibility, mutual connection and interest in class. Therefore, it can be concluded that non-verbal communication has a positive (+) effect on class immersion partially, and has the greatest effect on class concentration.

The assumption in delayed menarche was that menarche is delayed in females who train regularly before and after onset due to excessive physical and mental stress. However, methodological problems involved with producing a precise explanation for delayed menarche have not yet been solved. Even when menarche is indeed delayed, the influence of sports training cannot be confirmed. Fujii verified delayed menarche in female athletes by examining the interval between age at the maximum peak velocity of height (MPV), a measure of maximum growth velocity during adolescence and age at menarche derived from the wavelet interpolation method (WIM). Based on the above finding, level of body stature was also classified from height in this study, with the second year of high school as the reference, against the constructed evaluation chart. Girls were classified by height as tall, average, or short, and an attempt was made to evaluate delayed menarche by height classification. Thus, risk analysis of delayed menarche in Koreans girls was done by applying the delayed menarche evaluation system for tall-short type.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of arginine on blood lipid and cardioactive capacity in obese women. The subjects of this study were arginine group(n=5) and comparison group(n=5). All subjects who diet supplemented in each group for 8 weeks. TC, LDL-C, TG were significantly decreased in arginine group. And HDL-C, VO2max, exercise time were significantly increased in arginine group. There were significantly different in TC, HDL-C, TG, VO2max among the groups. But, There were not significantly different in LDL-C, exercise time among the groups. Consequently, it is suggested that arginine administration increase blood lipid and cardioactive capacity. Therefore, it would have positive effect on blood lipid and cardioactive capacity.

The goal of this study is to evaluate the effects of backward walking exercise program on the balance and body composition of students with intellectual disabilities. We measured and analyzed the balance and body composition factors (body weight, body fat, muscle volume, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage) by applying backward walking exercise programs to students with intellectual disabilities for eight weeks, three times a week and fifty minutes a day, and the results of the analysis were as follows.
Backward walking exercise program showed low, but had positive effects on the balance and body composition of students with intellectual disabilities.
First, except for C student, student A, B and D showed better performance record of static balance and now all of four students are able to walk backward without any assistance on athletic park track, not on the indoor track and they have been improved to the level that they can even run.
Second, although there are individual differences, the skeletal muscle mass of students with intellectual disabilities equally increased after eight weeks of practicing backward walking exercise programs.
We concluded with these results that backward walking exercise programs have positive effects on body composition by increasing static balance time, reducing body weight, body fat and body fat percentage and increasing the skeletal muscle mass. It is also estimated that the program can help the students with intellectual disabilities to have right gait, improve health and prevent obesity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dementia prevention program participation on cognitive function, & health fitness in elderly female. Research subjects were composed of 40 elderly 65 years old female in 'S' public health center and 'S' dementia support center of Seoul Area who have normal cognitive function. They were divided into two types of groups; dementia prevention program exercise group(n=20) and non-exercise group(n=20). Observation variables were two types of groups and pre(first), post(12weeks) test in two time. Cognitive function test was MMSE-K, & health fitness test was strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, body fat precent (%). Results found from such a comparative analysis study was as follows; dementia prevention program had a positive effect on cognitive function(MMSE-K) in elderly female. And dementia prevention program had a positive effect on health fitness(strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, balance, agility, body fat precent) in elderly female. In conclusion, it could be know the positive effects of dementia prevention program on cognitive function, & health fitness in elderly female.

Lactic acid is a strong acidic substance that is produced and accumulated during high-intensity exercise. If it is not removed sufficiently, it causes fatigue and decreased muscle activity. This not only deteriorates the performance but also affects the future exercise. Several studies have been done to solve the problems of lactic acid. Studies on nutritional aspects such as intake of proteins, amino acids, and anti-oxidants, and inactivity such as massage or immersion methods and temperature differences have been proposed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic cool-down on lactic acid removal using a step-box for 15 minutes as part of the restoration of activity. Based on elevated lactate after high intensity exercise, there was a statistically significant difference in lactic acid (p = .01) between the aerobic cool-down group using the setp-box and complete rest group . Therefore, the aerobic cool-down using the step-box was more effective in removing lactic acid than the inactivity complete rest.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of hemodialysis on Korean hemodialysis patients and to provide data for exercise practice and institutionalization of exercise program.
Method: KISS, RISS and the database of the National Assembly Library were used to search the literature. The main search terms were 'hemodialysis & exercise' and 'exercise during hemodialysis.'
Result: A total of 195 documents were searched for the main search terms. A total of 8 documents were selected, excluding duplicate documents and non - research related documents. Exercise program during hemodialysis showed effects on physical fitness, physiological, psychological aspects of hemodialysis patients.
Conclusion: Therefore, the exercise program during hemodialysis is an effective intervention for the patient to perform safely and continuously and is considered as a good alternative for the patient. In the future, it will be necessary for the hemodialysis patients to practice the regular and long-term exercise during the hemodialysis based on the exercise guidelines for the hemodialysis patients through extensive research in Korea.
