In this study, we conduct a survey of current cosmetology teachers based on present condition of curriculum pedagogy subjects in cosmetology education curriculum of university and graduate school in order to investigate perception of current cosmetology teachers and find improvement. We made the questionnaire based on preceding research for this study and the following results were founded. First, current cosmetology teachers thought that the training process was not enough to improve capacity and speciality as a teacher. Also they chose lack of practical activities as the biggest reason. Second, 'sense of duty and professional ethics in teaching' is selected as the most important factor in perception about qualification which cosmetology teachers have to. And it is a high rate to choose field of subject-matter education as the most influential factor. Third, in terms of perception about subject-matter education, it was high rate that more important thing in training process is teacher's practical ability required in real field. Fourth, in problems and improvement of the training process, they responded that most teacher training institutions are not performing their functions properly. As a reason of this result, they selected a shortage of lectures for practical teaching. Therefore, subject-matter education course should be improved by opening teaching method subject which can be applied in schools.

The interaction between theoretical part and practical part of the beauty industry has been improving in preparation for internalization. The purpose of this paper is, as investigating the current re-education situation, to suggest a baseline data to encourage both relationship and job satisfaction, by preference data which is based on re-education broadly performed in reality. This survey is based on the beauty artists working in Seoul and Geyonggi area. 290 copies of self-administered questionnaires are used as a final analysis material. Analysis of frequency, analysis of primary factor, reliability and regression analysis was conducted by SPSS 22.0. The result are as follows: First, as a result of investigating demographic factors, the women in their twenty is the most popular in the survey. The most of the questioned are single women, have 1 to 3 years' experience, and earns 1~2 million won per month. Second, the questioned took more lessons from franchise education organization than private education organization by 1~3. Additionally, many of the questioned take a class periodically from the specialized re-education organization to improve their skill by paying for it out of their pocket. Lastly, regarding the relationship satisfaction by education organization, both franchise and private organization influences relationship satisfaction equally. According to the analysis result of factor to influence of job satisfaction, private organization impacts greatly on internal preference, but franchise organization has an important impact on external preference. As an internal preference, education focused on foundation, recent trends and practices is important aspect. In parallel, instructor's profile, promotion in blog, and brand influences external preference. As a result of this survey, it is considered that new programs should be offered to enhance the quality and satisfaction of education and education system should be stabilized to follow the trend. In the future, based on this paper, we expect that more research is continuously performed to increase re-education.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perception and satisfaction of the hair shop products and the influence of word-of-mouth intention. Consumers who have experience purchasing products in the hair shop are set as subjects of investigation. Data from 234 questionnaires collected through surveys were analyzed by SPSS 22.0. First, women, twenties and less than one million won were the most. Second, the purchasing frequency was the highest at once every three months, and the average expenditure per one was less than 30,000 won~60,000 won. Mainly products purchased were shampoo/conditioner, reason for purchasing was effect/function of product, and most important thing in purchasing product was effect/function. The repurchase and reason are that effect of product is satisfactory, quality is excellent. And in the case of not repurchasing, does not feel the necessity of periodical purchase at hair shop. Third, consumer perception and satisfaction each are three factors were derived. The mean of three items was used as the word-of-mouth intention. Fourth, the relationship between perception, satisfaction, and word-of-mouth intention had a partially significant effect. it is necessary to emphasize that hair shop products are that can be trusted and products that are more effective or function than those sold in the market. Also, it should focus on raising awareness, raise satisfaction, and word-of-mouth activity is important to focus on making it active. It hope that this research results will help us to develop the hair products in the future and promote the sales of the products.

In this research, the ideal beauty of pelvis which plays an important role in S-line body figure will be studied through hand remedy of the Jokgolgeun Pelvis Reduction Therapy. As age increases, women tend to have a bigger waist circumference, and showed the aging process of pelvis which had a growth in MPB and a decrease in DFH. The process was mainly due to an accumulation of adipose tissue, and especially of the amassment of fat in the belly. This study would approach on the ideal A-type pelvis which has a reduced MPB known as the waist measurements of young women and relatively a wider DFH. This clinical procedure was proceeded twice a week, 8 times in total for 10 weeks on 7 women in their 20s~40s. Jokgolgeun Pelvis Reduction Therapy registered on Copyright Registration(C-2014-002774) was applied and conducted. MPB, SB and DFH were measured from the PACS image that shows the frontage of the pelvis using the distance measuring function. MPB showed a meaningful decrease of 5.62mm from 327.99mm before the clinical test to 322.37mm (p< .05) after the clinical procedure. SB decreased by 0.11mm from 133.65mm to 133.54mm (p >.05)after the clinical testing. DFH reduced by 1.24mm from 182.55mm to 181.31mm, but the two measurements did not show a volitional difference. Moreover, there was a general decline in the rate of the pelvis size as a matter of change. MPB, the only part that showed a meaningful decrease among the measurements is analyzed as a positive change affected by the Jokgolgeun Pelvis Reduction Therapy, when seeing that the MPB widens during the aging process. The decrease in rate of MPB which is equivalent to the waist measurement of the most ideal A-type pelvis emphasized the silhouette of a female's hips and waist. The proportionate decrease of MPB in contrast to DFH after the clinical testing is analyzed as a recovery towards a younger pelvis. The downsize of middle aged womens' pelvis makes a good ratio of figure proportion in general body-line formation, but above all, it seems to be helpful in balancing health problems such as lumbago or other pelvis related illnesses.

This study attempted to analyze Wu Zetian's makeup coordination in the Chinese TV series 'the Empress of China' in comparison with clothing, hair and makeup styles at that time and have the role and value of makeup coordination re-perceived. For this, theoretical and empirical studies were conducted. The study results found the followings: First, the costume introduced in the TV series is not based on historical research. Instead, it is makeup coordination which has been reinterpreted based on Chinese traditional garments with a goal of dramatically expressing the story and characters. Second, in terms of changes in hairstyles, as she began her career as soeui for revenge, her hair was up high with a lot of decorations. In addition, clothes and hairstyles were emphasized in harmony with the color of costume. In terms of hairstyles and hair ornaments, the factors which were in fashion from the early to the late Tang Dynasty were mixed and reinterpreted. Third, in terms of changes in makeup, makeup trend started to change since the soeui period when costume and hairstyles began to change as well. The results found that Wu Zetian's makeup coordination in the Chinese TV series 'the Empress of China' changed with the development of a story which reflected changes in her social position. In addition, her characteristics were expressed in an exaggerated and dramatic manner through application and reinterpretation instead of based on historical research.

This study attempted to determine the effects of special needs and cosmetics purchase information on the determinanats of cosmetics purchase among women consumers. For this, a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted amongst a total of 469 women age 40 or younger living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results found the following: According to factor analysis designed to classify women's special needs, unique selection, unpopular selection, and avoidance of similarity were found. Among them, unique selection was most influential. According to correlations among the sub-factors of special needs, cosmetics purchase information and derterminants of cosmetics purchase, they were correlated with each other. Among the three factors under special needs, consumers with unusual personality took both experiential and outward selections seriously. Those with unpopular personality chose outward selection only. Among those who said that experiential selection is important in buying cosmetics, professional experience and acquaintances' experience were influential. Among the consumers who took outward selection seriously, in contrast, ads were more effective.

This study attempted to investigate the values, desired skincare benefits and skincare behavior among adult women who have engaged in skincare behavior. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among 454 women in their 20-50s living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon and Chungbuk. The study results found the following: First, according to analysis of value differences by population characteristics, differences by age revealed a significant difference regarding consciousness of others. Differences by income also showed a difference regarding consciousness of others. In differences by education, a significant difference was found in material orientation and consciousness of others. Second, according to analysis of the relationship between sub-factors of values and desired skincare benefit factors, intrinsic value, self-satisfaction and extrinsic value showed the highest correlation with consciousness of others among the value factors. Third, according to analysis of the relationship between desired skincare benefit factors and skincare behavior, the three desired skincare benefit factors were higher than professional skincare behavior in terms of the positive relationship among skincare behavior factors. In terms of the factors affecting professional skincare behavior, a positive influence was found in extrinsic value only.

This study attempted to analyze differences in risk perception and shopping behavior by analyzing and tangibilizing price sensibility in low-priced cosmetics consumers. For this, descriptive statistics, factor analysis (principal components analysis) with varimax rotation, Cronbach's α, K-means clustering analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's test as a post-hoc test were preformed, using IBM SPSS 22.0. The results found the followings: 1) According to factor analysis on the price sensitivity of low-priced cosmetics, price importance, price search and price plan were derived. 2) In terms of risk perception factors of low-priced cosmetics, safety risk perception, price risk perception and quality risk perception were extracted. 3) When consumer types were analyzed by price sensitivity, they were divided into 3 groups: price sensitivity group, price search group and price plan group. 4) According to analysis on differences in risk perception by the type of price sensitivity in low-priced cosmetics, safety risk perception and price risk perception were high in Type I while price risk perception and safety risk perception were high in Type II and III respectively. 5) In terms of differences in shopping behavior by the type of price sensitivity, statistically significant influence was found in the place of cosmetics bought, preferred products, purchase costs and purchase frequency.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for the development of unique nail art design by studying the cartoon images of neo-pop art and using them in nail art. This study analyzed the works of neo-pop artists Romero Britto, Takashi Murakami and Keith Haring. Nail art works were designed by 3D art, hand painting and stencil, using UV gel, glitter, stone, silk eyelash, etc. The study results found the followings: First, the characteristics of cartoon images were derived with simplicity, color diversity and symbolic meaning after analyzing neopop artists' works based on the previous studies. In the cartoon images in neo-pop artists' works, the outline was emphasized with a bold line in terms of shape simplicity. The shape was simplified, or characters were expressed repeatedly. In color diversity, images were expressed using diverse colors in a single work. Then, the uniqueness of the design was emphasized, and certain feature of the character was expressed. Time expression and message delivery were carried out. In the symbolic aspect of the meaning, the characters, background, signs and letters used in the design were verbalized to symbolize the meaning the artists wanted to deliver to the public. Second, works were selected (2 works per artist), and motives were set. Using cartoon images, a total of 6 nail art works were designed. The shapes were simplified, or characters were repeatedly used. Based on a strong primary color, at least 7 different colors were used, creating symbolic meaning.
