1반복 염색 시 케라틴 콜라겐 전처리와 헤어클리닉 후처리의 모발 성상 변화에 대한 연구

The hair color maximizes the image of an individual by emphasizing the characteristics and personality of the individual. But the chemical treatment such as perm and dyeing damages the hair. In this study, keratin and collagen were pretreated before dyeing hair to reduce the hair damage when applying the chemical treatment applying the hair clinic as a post-treatment after dyeing, the hair was dyed from once to three times; and in order to check out the residual amount for the pre- and post-treatments, after conducing 30 Shampoos, the hair thickness, amino acid, and cuticles in the groups of pre- and post-treatments were histologically analyzed. In case of the pretreatment group, due to the addition of protein, the hair thickness became thicker and the total amount of amino acids increased. However, as the damage progressed through the repetitive dyeing, the difference became larger and the elution quality of the total amount of amino acid became eluted about 10 times more; and the difference in the number of the cuticle layer from the post-treatment group was identified. In the post-treatment group, the hair thickness and total amount of amino acids did not increase. However, as the damage progressed repeatedly, the total amount of amino acids in the pre-treatment group were eluted about 10 times less than that in the post-treatment. Therefore, pre- treatment helps to recover the inside of the hair, and post - treatment helps to prevent internal damage.

Recently, the beauty service industry has become an era where consumers ' lifestyles are varied and individual individuality are respected as quality of life improves with economic development. This study is designed to investigate the mediation effects of brand assets related to beauty salon brand image and customer satisfaction and to provide marketing directions for beauty salons according to the results. The questionnaire was used for the study and the data collected were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. To see the effects between each parameter, we used regression and parametric regression to see the effects of the parameters. As a result, the response rate of unmarried women in their 20s was high, and their monthly average income was higher than 1 million won or less than 2 million won. Also, there were a lot of people who worked in service and sales. Brand images are derived from environmental, functional and symbolic images, and brand assets are derived from brand loyalty and brand personality factors. Customer satisfaction has been derived from a single factor, and each parameter has been shown to influence each other. We have noticed that the addition of brand loyalty to the environmental and functional image increases customer satisfaction and that the addition of brand individuality to the environmental and symbolic image increases customer satisfaction. Therefore, it will be necessary for the salon to create its own brand differentiation, use sns to build trust and affinity with the salon and the consumer, and increase brand asset value.

This study attempted to investigate the effects of a compensation system on organizational effectiveness and to determine if Psychological Ownership mediates the relationship between the two variables through empirical analysis. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on a total of 315 employees working in Hair Beauty Shop which has over 5 employees in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi over one year. The survey results found that compensation system had a positive effect on organizational effectiveness and Psychological Ownership, and Psychological Ownership also had a positive effect on organizational effectiveness. In addition, the empirical analysis found that compensation system and Psychological Ownership are important variables for the effects of organizational effectiveness, and Psychological Ownership plays a mediating role between compensation system and organizational effectiveness. The study results revealed the following: The Hair Beauty Shop should realize and motivate Psychological Ownership to make organizational effectiveness Compensation system should include organizational vision and goal, and improve in rationality. Also, Hair Beauty Shop should improve organizational culture for employees to motivate Psychological Ownership. Lastly, limitations and future work are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of body esteem and body distortion on appearance management behaviors, so that modern people can improve their quality of life by managing their appearance. 300 questionnaires were received from Koreans from August 9 to September 9, 2018. Those were calculated by frequency analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS. Results is as follows; ① The higher the body esteem, the more the appearance management behaviors. However, the more satisfied the body shape, the less tendency to makeup and body shape management. ② body distortion factors have a significant effect on all factors of appearance management behavior. People with lack of appearance self-esteem are more likely to depend on product ·ּ professoinal management and body shape management, but not to depend on skin care. Those who have appearance obsession are likely to do diverse beauty management and who have appearance dissatisfaction have a tendency to give up appearance management. ③ Body esteem factors had a significant effect on all of the body distortion factors, and who have body esteem did not do body distortion. However, who convince of their superior appearance have appearance obsession.

This study examined the sterilization effect of hydrogen water for the under fingernails. First, we selected the standard species that could be infected from the hand. We investigated whether hydrogen water can sterilize the standard species. It was selected to include all of the possible pathogens in the skin such as Gram negative, Gram positive and fungus. The chosen bacteria are Escherichia coli KCTC 1682, Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 4352, Pseudomonas aeruginosa KCTC 2004, Shigella sonnei KCTC 2518, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538p and Candida albicans KCTC 7270. All of these strains were sterilized by treatment with hydrogen water. In addition, bacteria were collected from the under fingernails of eight people. The result of 16s rRNA analysis identified that there are ten strains. They are Bacillus megaterium, Brevibacillus borstelensis, Leifsonia shinshuensis, Kurthia gibsonii, Providencia alcalifaciens, Ralstonia pickettii and four types of Staphylococcus spp. These strains under fingernails of six people were sterilized by hydrogen water. When the sporulation bacteria B. borstelensis and K. gibsonii coexisted, Ralstonia pickettii was sterilized 81%. In all other cases, more than 93% was sterilized. The sterilizing power of hydrogen water differed depending on the type of bacteria, but hydrogen water sterilized a considerable part of pathogenic bacteria under the nails. In conclusion, washing hands using hydrogen water could greatly improve the hygiene of customers in the nail shop where the hygiene control of hands and nails is important.

This study aimed to analysis the differences of turnover intention by hairstylist' personal characteristics and determined the effects of their job stresses on turnover intention. And it attempted to prepare efficient management plans in order to solve the management problems of hairdressing business, focusing their job stresses from aspects of human resource administration. For empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted among beauty salon employees in Gyeongsangnam-do, and the collected data were analyzed. The results found the following: Above all, the turnover intention by hairstylist' personal characteristics was high in the following groups: 'thirties', 'unmarried', 'college graduates', and 'employee'. Personal relationship, reward fairness, and role relationship of job stresses had an effect on turnover intention. In fact, compared to other factors, personal relationship revealed the greatest influence on job stresses. The study results mean that human resource management that comprehensively considers personal characteristics as well as job stresses is essential in improving business performances by decreasing employees' turnover intention in the hairdressing business.

7Salix gracilistyla 추출물의 미백, 항염증 및 항노화에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to examine whitening, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects of pussy willow (Salix gracilistyla). S. gracilistyla was extracted with 60℃ and 100℃ water, 60% and 95% ethanol. As a result of investigate the usefulness of S. gracilistyla extract as a cosmetic substance, S. gracilistyla extract showed cytotoxicity, anti-inflammatory effect, whitening and anti-aging effect. The ethanol extract of RAW 264.7 cell showed 50 μg/mL (p<.05), which was significantly inhibited by NO production. B16F10 cells showed a tendency to decrease in proportion to the concentration in all extraction methods. Among them, the 95% ethanol extract showed a tendency to decrease the melanin content significantly at 10 μg/mL compared to other extraction methods (p<.001). The anti-aging effect was confirmed by significantly inhibiting the expression of MMP-1 in HDF cells at 25-100 μg/mL (p<.01). In the tyrosinase inhibitory assay, the diphenolase activity was decreased in proportion to the concentration in all extraction methods, and the whitening effect of all S. gracilistyla extracts was significant at 0.5 mg/mL (p<.001). Therefore, 95% ethanol extract of ethanol and hot water extracts showed the best anti-inflammatory, whitening, and anti-aging effect.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of job satisfaction on business performance, to improve the working environment of the hairdresser, to increase job satisfaction, to reduce the turnover rate and to improve the performance of the hair salon. There were 3 sub - factors of job satisfaction and 4 factors of management performance. As a result of examining the effect of the job satisfaction of the hairdresser on the management performance, statistically significant results were obtained in the environmental performance, job performance, customer performance, and market performance. Job satisfaction of hairdressers is an important variable in business performance. Therefore, hair salons can improve the management performance of hair salons by not only looking at the job satisfaction of the hairdressers but also by organically examining them in a strategic direction from the overall aspect of the organization. Although this study was conducted with limited research subjects and variables, it is hoped that further and substantive research will continue in future research, considering more diverse variables.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relations among the variables of personal social services, customer value, customer trust and positive emotion, which were chosen as the variables that affect customers' intention to revisit the salon. We conducted a questionnaire survey from August 18th to August 25th, targeting 891 women in their 20s to 50s who had experienced hairdressing services over the past 6 months. The data were analysed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 24.0 and the results are as follows: First, personal social services, customer trust, and positive emotions directly affected customers' revisit intention in the hair salon. Second, personal social services, customer value, and customer trust of hair salons directly affected the positive emotions. Third, personal social services and customer value of hair salons had a direct effect on the customer trust. Accordingly, in order to increase customers' revisit intention, it is necessary to enhance customer trust. and, in turn, customer value should be raised to increase customer trust. First, the hairdresser should form a personal bond with a customer so that the customer has his or her hair done by the hairdresser with trust. And the hairdresser should provide the consistent hair services that make the customer trust the service-giver. Additionally, the hairdresser should make sure that customer trust comes from the hairdressing technology, try to keep up with the development of technology and technical expertise, and show professionalism and friendliness in the hairdressing service process. It is also necessary to create sustainable management performance by conducting different customer operations and services by using marketing strategies that can maintain loyal customers with trust.

This study combined STEAM and NCS, which are currently being conducted at the national level, and proposed a teaching and learning process for wedding-makeup classes. Through this study, we wanted to strengthen our ability as a fusion talent and professional person and indirectly experience the necessary tasks in the actual field of practice, thus enhancing our ability to solve problems by putting them into the workforce right after employment. Research found that the service sector needed cooperative learning because communication and communication with customers should be smooth, and the makeup field contained a lot of artistic elements, so the art was emphasized. In addition, unlike traditional makeup training, learners should take the initiative to solve the problem and cooperate to solve the problem As such, makeup education is expected to converge with a number of teaching models to provide more effective classes. This study also dealt with the NCS capacity unit wedding-makeup limitedly, but it is believed that the study of other units will have a positive impact on overall beauty education and NCS training.
