The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of internal marketing of training and empowerment of beauty salon on organizational commitment and customer orientation of beauty workers. The franchisee has distributed 200 copies of 200 people from the Dream Beauty group of Myoung-dong 1st store, Myeong-dong 2nd store, Daecchi store, Hongdae store, Sincheon 1st store, Sincheon second store and Gangnam store. The data were used for 150 copies of the questionnaire except for 30 inappropriate questionnaires. To analyze the collected data, spss 22.0 was used to test the research problem. The analysis method of the data was as follows. Second, reliability analysis was conducted to examine the validity and reliability of internal marketing, organizational commitment, and customer orientation. Third, correlation analysis was performed to examine the correlation between variables. Fourth, regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of internal marketing on George commitment and customer orientation. Regression analysis was performed to examine the effect of organizational commitment on customer orientation. As a result of the study, internal marketing and training and empowerment dictates that organizational commitment and customer orientation are influential.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of congruity (Self-Congruity and Functional Congruity) of satisfaction on physical environment of consumers who have experienced using hair salon and to contribute to establish core positioning in consumer - centered marketing strategy. As for the subject of this study, a total of 470 questionnaires were distributed, and 462 of them were retrieved and statistical data was obtained with 454 valid questionnaires. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the collected data. Analytical analysis was carried out on the data in the form of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result, first, physical environment influences functional congruity in order of cleanliness, environment, and attractiveness. Second, self-congruity has a great influence in order of environment, attractiveness, and cleanliness. In conclusion, this study investigates whether the satisfaction of the tangible physical environment directly affects the formation of consumer congruity. Through this study, it is believed that this will be helpful for a marketing strategy to induce purchase intention, which is one of the purposes of the company.

This study was intended to investigate awareness about wearing wigs for satisfying desire for changes in hair style of women as the number of hair loss patients increased recently, and to verify the degree of influence and difference between self-efficacy, satisfaction, and purchase intention. The investigation was conducted on 750 Korean · Chinese · Japanese wig wearers from May~Aug 2017 and total 700 copies were used on the final analysis. SPSS 20.0 statistics was used for the analysis of collected data and conducted frequency, descriptive statistical, factor, reliability, regression analysis and Duncan-test for ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: First, it was identified that awareness about wearing wigs makes statistically significant effect on purchase intention. Secondly, it was identified that awareness about wearing wigs makes statistically significant effect on satisfaction level. Thirdly, it was identified that awareness about wearing wigs makes statistically significant effect on self-efficacy. Fourthly, it was identified that there is statistically significant difference in interest in hair style, awareness about wearing wigs, self-efficacy, satisfaction level, and purchase intention according to the country. This study verified the degree of influence and difference efficacy, satisfaction level, and purchase intention according to the country. This study verified the degree of influence and difference in self-efficacy, satisfaction level, and purchase intention according to the awareness about wearing wigs of women between countries.

In modern society, there are a lot of contracts and departments that students can work and study together. The purpose of this study is to present the quality of education services in order to enhance the confidence and happiness of students in the contract department related to beauty care. The survey targets were conducted among students of beauty contract department. Also the collected data, SPSS 22.0, using the analysis. Applied to the data analysis method of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the demographic characteristics, it was the highest in female, 20s, unmarried, hair designer, monthly income is 1 million won more than 2 million won less, Working career is 1 year more than 3 years less, and a staff of 5 people and over 10 people less. Second, as a result of evaluating and trusting the validity and reliability of educational service quality, euphoria, and self-confidence, education service has three components, Happiness consists of two factors, and Confidence consists of two factors. Third, As a result of regression analysis, it was found that empathy, Typology and Reactive of education service quality had a great effect on euphoria and self-confidence Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the beauty education service, the school systematically establishes the curriculum suitable for the major education, and It is thought that it will help students improve their happiness and confidence by listening to, improving, and supplementing their students' opinions.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the potential as inner beauty materials of soybean koji. To this end, 26 women aged 40 to 69 living in Seoul and Gyeonggi province participated in the clinical trials for 12 weeks. In this clinical trials, the control group ingested soybean flour which is non-fermented soybean and the experimental group intaked soybean koji which is fermented soybean. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Window 20.0. In addition, the independent sample t-test was performed to check homogeneity of facial skin conditions and to check changes in facial skin conditions before and after of the clinical trials the paired sample t-test was conducted. According to the study, the experimental group increased about 1.6 times in moisture contents, 2.8 times in sebum contents than the control group. Also the melanin index, erythema index and roughness decreased about 3.1 times, 1.9 times and 6.5 times, respectively than the control group. On the basis of the clinical trials, the researchers suggest this soybean koji prepared with Aspergillus oryzae as an inner beauty materials for improving skin aging of women in their 40∼60s.

This study is aimed to propose a sizing system of pedicure tips to reduce the tip loss rate through analysis of the suitability of nail tips. We measured the size of the artificial pedicure tips from three domestic and foreign companies using digital calipers, radius gauge, and digital tape. Total four items were measured which consisted of one vertical length, two horizontal widths, and one horizontal radius of curvature of pedicure tip. Statistical analysis was performed. In the results, the sizes of oversea pedicure products are smaller than domestic ones. There are significant differences in the size of domestic and oversea artificial pedicure tips(p<0.001). Oversea pedicure tips were considered adequate for the covering of toenail compared to domestic one. But both pedicure tips do not consist blow 8.67 mm (horizontal radius of curvature) tips which are able to fit fourth and fifth toenails. These results can be used as practical data for the development of pedicure tips' size system. In addition to improving the pedicure size system, it is also possible to raise the quality of pedicure tips for fitting the toenail.

This study analyzes the effects of adolescents' Makeup behavior factors on their interpersonal relationships and improved relationships. For this, correlations between Makeup behavior factors and interpersonal relationships were analyzed, and the results found the following: Conformity, aesthetics, interest and politeness had a positive effect on satisfaction, communication, intimacy, sensitivity, openness and understanding with statistical significance (p<.05). As conformity, trends and politeness increased, satisfaction improved. In addition, as politeness and trends increased, better communication was observed. In terms of effects on intimacy, when interest and politeness increased, intimacy improved as well. Regarding sensitivity, as interest and politeness increased, sensitivity improved. In terms of effects on openness, as conformity and politeness increased, openness also increased. Lastly, as interest and trends increased, better understanding was found. This study is meaningful in that it discovered that adolescents' Makeup behavior factors can improve their interpersonal relationships.

Consumers are increasingly looking to natural ingredients to improve the appearance of their skin and delay the effects of aging. In our article, cytotoxicity of eupafolin and eupatilin isolated from Artemisia princeps was evaluated in in human dermal fibroblast cell and B16F10 melanoma cells using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Also, the effect of eupafolin and eupatilin on tyrosinase activity and α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH) induced melanin synthesis in B16F10 melanoma cells were evaluated. Furthermore, the effect of eupafolin and eupatilin on collagen synthesis and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) induced Matrix Metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) expression investigated in human dermal fibroblasts. Eupafolin and eupatilin didn't show cytotoxicity in human dermal fibroblast cells and B16F10 melanoma cells. The eupafolin and eupatilin significantly induced collagen synthesis from the skin fibroblasts (p<0.05) and also dramatically inhibited MMP-1 activity, which is the enzyme involved in collagen breakdown. Eupafolin and eupatilin significantly decreased melanin synthesis with inhibition of tyrosinase activity (p<0.05). Therefore, the eupafolin and eupatilin displayed a preventive effect when used for anti-aging purposes in human skin and may be an appropriate choice for cosmetic products that aim to provide dermal bioactive effects, and which are designated as anti-aging skin care products.

Application of Polyozellus Multiplex as the natural dye will be able to further produce the development of various color cosmetics. This study was to prepare contemporary hair color creams containing Polyozellus Multiplex as part of agenda regarding natural pigments. The prepared hair color creams have evaluated the stability, safety, and usability. The stability of physical and chemical characteristics have evaluated centrifugation, heat and cool cycling, the variation of viscosity and pH. The patch test was performed to evaluate the occurrence of erythema on the skin(patch area) according to the criteria of ICDRG after applying the hair color creams. The satisfaction values of actual usage(coverage, coloration, application, durability, and texture) were determined by a 5-point Likert scale. As the results of evaluation, the prepared hair color creams were stable on the stability of physical and chemical characteristics. There was no skin reaction to hair color creams containing Polyozellus Multiplex. On the other hand, it was observed that 1 volunteer had shown a doubtful reaction(+/-) at the site of control(hair color cream containing Black iron oxide) application. The sample A(30% Polyozellus Multiplex and 70% Black iron oxide) is the highest satisfaction on the sensory test. As a prominent finding, contemporary hair color cream containing 30% Polyozellus Multiplex(sample A) is the most promising and it can be aimed commercialization.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the artistic development by combining the hair art works with the interior accessories to express modern lifestyle. By researching and studying the method and scope of the study are based on the various works of Mondrian and other works applying Mondrian's method, the aesthetic characteristics of the Grid 's textual structures and types in the consonants and vowels of Hangeul based on the compositional expression of Mondrian has been analyzed. Korean traditional crafts, the pattern of hanok's inquiry, modrian' s trichromatic color and Ohbangsaek, and the composition of the open and closed grid of Hangul was linked with Mondrian works. In the process of creating of the art work, patterned Styrofoam and colored hair were cut and glued, and then paint work was done on the work. As a result of the research, the possibility of visual art from making a hair art that combines the Ohbangsaek and the Hangul grid with the motif of Mondrian's work which is possible to redesign the Mondrian work by making the cube of the hair which is the fine line rather than the drawing of the brush, was found. This study shows the hair art work which is linked to hair art work hangul grid module structure. From the next study, I hope many further studies to be proceeded in various point of view.
