1찔레 상황버섯 자실체 추출물의 유리아미노산 및 Phenolic acid와 Flavonoids 조성 및 함량

This study was carried out to investigate the composition and contents of free amino acid and phenolic acid and flavonoids of hot water and methanol extracts of Phellinus ribis fruiting body, and the results are as follows. 14 kinds of free amino acids were found in hot water and methanol extracts, respectively. In the hot water extract, protein-free amino acid derivatives were confirmed 4 kinds, and in the methanol extracts were confirmed 2 kinds. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid content were 225.80 ± 2.56 mg% from hot water extract, and methanol extract was 97.80 ± 0.45 mg%. The contents of total flavonoid were 71.90 ± 0.88 mg% from hot water extracts, and 22.80 ± 0.85 mg% in methanol extracts. In the analysis of phenolic acid and flavonoids, phenolic acid was not founded in the hot water and methanol extract. Flavonoids was not founded in the hot water extract, but, in the methanol extract taxifolin and quecertin were identified. Therefore, according to the above results, P. ribis fruiting body hot water and methanol extracts were found to have some free amino acids and derivatives, and also contained total polyphenol and flavonoids, which proved to be useful as cosmeceutical cometic formulation and functional foods.

The present study analyzed the total yields, antioxidant and anti-wrinkle off hot water and methanol extracts of Phellinus ribis fruiting body. The results are described as follows. The total yield of P. ribis fruiting body extract was about 2 times higher in the hot water extract(4.6%) than in methanol extract(2.2%). DPPH radical scavenging activity tended to increase with the concentration of the extract sample in both extracts. Also, ABTS radical scavenging activity tended to increase with the concentration of the extract sample in both extracts. Elastase inhibitory activity showed an increase with increasing concentrations in both extracts. However, the elastase inhibitory activity of both extracts was still lower than that of ursolic acid(0.1 mg/mL). The collagenase inhibitory activity of both extracts showed linear correlation with their respective concentrations and was higher than that of retinyl acetate(1 mg/mL). In summary, it can be concluded that hot water and methanol extracts of P. ribis fruiting body has several biological activities and is suggested to be used as a potential natural antioxidant and for the prevention and treatment of skin wrinkles.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the relationship among hair salon workers' resilience, customer orientation, and job satisfaction and to propose how to improve management performance. This study used 468 survey questionnaires collected through selfreport survey from hair salon workers in their 20s to 40s. The study results showed that customer satisfaction will improve by providing regular vacations and leisure time to hair salon workers, strengthening their resilience through teamwork and interpersonal relationship training, and by adopting a capability reinforcement program to carry out their jobs. In addition, the most effective way to increase customer orientation is to enhance job satisfaction by providing appropriate reward for job performance and self-development programs in hair salons to maintain positivity. If hair salons create an environment for workers to carry out customer-oriented jobs with a positive attitude, their job satisfaction will increase which will be greatly helpful for the management and development of hair salons. It is considered that a follow-up study will be more encompassing and systematic if its targets expand to hair salon workers in more various age ranges. Moreover, this study is significant and necessary as it has provided the basic data needed for related studies in other fields.

The objective of this study is to verify the perception of beauty shop attributes and customer satisfaction by Demographic Characteristecs. SPSS 24.0 was used on 475 female adults aged 20 or older residing in Daejeon, Seoul and Gyeongsang province. An analysis of the store attributes according to the demographic characteristics showed that there was a significant difference in accessibility, service price and sale promotion in accordance with the subject's age. In terms of the area of residence, there was a significant difference in the store's atmosphere, expertise of services, service price and sales promotion. The analysis of customer satisfaction across different demographic characteristics showed the following results. There was a significant difference in customer satisfaction across the different age groups, with those in their 40s having the highest customer satisfaction, while those in their 60s or older ranked the lowest. There was a significant difference in customer satisfaction across the different areas of residence. This study showed that the store attributes of beauty shops are important factors affecting customer satisfaction. The responses for the variables of store attributes, customer satisfaction varied according to the demographic characteristics.

In this study, flowers and stems were extracted with Ethanol and water based alkaline solvent (1M NaOH) for the possibility of functional cosmetics raw material of Abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui. The results of the water based alkaline solvent (1M NaOH) extracted Abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui flower extract (WF) and stem extract (WS) and ethanol extracted flower extract (EF) and stem extract (ES) are as follows. All extracts in MTT assay had low or no toxicity to skin cells. In the production and degradation effect of NO, WS showed 57.14% inhibitory at 250.00 μg/mL concentration of extract. The order of generation and degradation effects of NO was shown as WS>WF>ES>EF. The inhibitory effect of melanogenesis effectively inhibited melanogenesis from concentration 250.00 μg/mL to 13.46% of WS, and overall the suppression was shown to be WS>WF>EF>ES. Inflammatory cytokine inhibition expression tests were all tested at 250.00 μg/mL concentration of extracts. The inhibitors produced in the WS of TNFalpha, IL-6 and IL-1β were 16.73%, 37.11%, and 36.30%, respectively. And all three types of cytokine production and low resolution decreased the amount of expression in the order of WS>EF>ES>WF, so WS was found to be the best. As such, Abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui's extraction using water based alkaline solvent (1M NaOH) appears to have increased the maceration effect. This is said to have demonstrated the possibility of functional cosmetics raw materials in Abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui, which takes into account the nature of natural products.

The purpose of this study was tried to provide basic data of perfume industry marketing by analyzing the status of perfume use and perfume purchase behavior of high school girls. The results of statistical analysis of the questionnaire data of 178 high school girls who are currently using perfume are as follows. The use of perfume and purchasing behavior of high school girls differed from that of adults due to the limited allowance amount and the consumption characteristics of teenagers. The high school girls' perfume purchase tendency was extracted as sub-factors of conspicuous brand type, impulsive trend type, and economic benefit type, and classified into conservative and passive consumption group, conspicuous and impulsive consumption group, and economic trend-seeking consumption group. As a result of analyzing the satisfaction, attitude, usage, and purchasing behavior of perfumes among consumption groups, statistically significant differences were found. The conspicuous and impulsive consumption group and the economic trend-seeking consumption group showed positive attitude toward perfume consumption, but there was a difference in purchasing cost and brand pursuit, and the conservative and passive consumption group showed low satisfaction and attitude toward perfume overall. These results suggest that the marketing of perfume suitable for high school girls, who are the potential consumers of the perfume market, is required and furthermore, differentiated strategies for each consumer group are needed according to the tendency to purchase perfume.

Extreme selfie behavior has become a social problem in recent years. Therefore, this study focus on the psychological mechanism of 'why obsessed with selfies?' in teenagers and twenties. Specifically, based on the 'selfities behavior scale' developed by Balakrishnan and Griffiths(2017), we studied the effects of narcissism, social instrumentality of appearance, self-presentation motivation on selfie compulsive behavior. Questionnaires were collected from 292 people who are currently using SNS and have posted photos there. SPSS 20.0 and LISREL 8.30 were used for data analysis. We performed a structural equation model analysis to verify our hypothesis and research model. The results are as follows: we found narcissism to be positively related to selfie compulsive behavior, social instrumentality of appearance, and self-presentation motivation in SNS; we also found social instrumentality of appearance to be positively related to selfie compulsive behavior and self presentation motivation in SNS; finally, our analysis identified a relationship between self-presentation motivation and selfie compulsive behavior. The results of this study are meaningful in that they have identified the factors influencing the obsessive compulsive selfie behavior in the context of social relationship formation of SNS. The conclusions of the study discussed academic and practical expectations and their utility.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction experienced by beauty service professionals, on the relationship between internal marketing and organizational commitment. To this end, the study was conducted both online and offline, from June 2 to July 31, 2018, after explaining the purpose of the study to 450 beauty service workers working in Seoul and the Greater- Seoul area. 407 copies of the questionnaire were used as the final analysis data after excluding 43 that were considered to be insufficient for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program and the analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that job satisfaction had a mediating effect in the relationship between internal communication and organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction had a mediating effect in the relationship between on-the-job training and organizational commitment. Third, in the relationship between delegation of authority and organizational commitment, job satisfaction was found to have a partial mediating effect. Fourth, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was not observed in the relationship between management support and organizational commitment. Fifth, it was found that job satisfaction had no mediating effect on the relationship between the compensation system and organizational commitment. In conclusion, internal marketing for beauty service workers has a partial, but significant effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, we aim to present basic data which demonstrate that increased job satisfaction through internal marketing enhances organizational commitment, so that they can ultimately be used in the management of human resources in the beauty service industry.
