The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of subjective sense of well-being and appreciation propensity on self-resilience of a foreign student in department of beauty and to contribute to establish systematic and desirable direction of education. As for the subject of this study, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 265 of them were retrieved and statistical data was obtained with 253 valid questionnaires. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the collected data. Analytical analysis was carried out on the data in the form of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result, first, There is no problem in the reliability analysis of self-resilience and subjective sense of well-being and appreciation propensity. Second, self-resilience affects subjective sense of well-being and appreciation propensity. Through this study, It will provide basic data to contribute to the rational management of beauty workers and the status of our country's beauty is expected to be higher.

In order to identify the effect of the vocational value of college students in the medical beauty category on career adaptability, career decision immersion, and self-efficiency in determining career path, this study conducted an empirical analysis using the SPSS 22.0 statistics program after surveying medical beauty majors. While Holland's college students' job outlook has been shown to have a positive influence on career adaptability and career-determined self-effectiveness, other results showed that the higher the variables in the actual value of the Holland college student's job value, the lower the career-determined immersion is.It is believed that career guidance is necessary to select a job that excludes volunteer, emotional, and ideal tendencies, as it has been confirmed that satisfaction in career decisions increases self-efficacy and is related to job values, but the higher the variables in actual values, the lower the concentration of career decisions.

This study aimed to speculate on perception on basic occupational competence in beauty art and preparatory behaviors for employment and conducted a crosstabs to identify whether there would be difference in them. The subjects of the study were 296 2-year college students who were majoring in beauty art. It was intended to help with counselling and instruction on basic occupational competence and preparation for employment in 2-year college students. The results are presented as follows: When this study analysed competences that was considered the most important in doing their job in beauty art, it was discovered that the subjects considered communication or technical skills the most important, but in makeup and nail art, they considered technical competence or self-development competence the most important(p<.001). When this study analysed competences the subjects considered the best in doing their job, it was discovered that they considered personal relations competence the best in hair and skin care while they considered communicative skills the best in makeup, and communicative skills and self-development competence in nail art(p<.001). When this study analysed what they considered the most important for preparation for employment, it was discovered that in hair, skin care and makeup they considered acquisition of licenses the most important while in nail art they considered career in beauty art the most important(p<.001).

This study analysed the structural relations between coaching leadership, followership, jon engagement and satisfaction in skin estheticians and the results are presented as follows: First, the direction presentation, assessment and relations in coaching leadership had a significant effect on followership. Second, the direction presentation and relations of the coaching leadership had a significant effect on job engagement. Third, the direction presentation, assessment and relations in coaching leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, followership had a significant effect on job engagement. Fifth, followership had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Sixth, job engagement had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Seventh, as a result of inferring direct and indirect effects of the study model, it was discovered that the direction presentation and relations of coaching leadership had significant indirect effect on job satisfaction including followership while followership had a significant effect on job satisfaction including job engagement. Therefore, it was suggested that further diverse programs relating to coaching leadership of skin estheticians should be developed as direction presentation and relations were structurally related to followership, job engagement and satisfaction.

In order to find out the cognitive and importance of heat perm that are often treated in the field, this study was conducted to find out about the type, characteristics, and procedure of heat perm and to select the most important factors among the factors of heat perm. The study was conducted on hair salons, a group of beauty maters. It was implemented for six months from October 2018 to March 2019. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected by distributing 30 copies of the questionnaire, and statistics were collected from the effective questionnaire in 111 and used as final analysis data. As a result, it is thought that first, people who are familiar with the type, characteristics, and procedures of heat perm and who are intended for education at beauty universities or experts who are relatively experienced in the field and have higher monthly income averages are studying heat perm. Second, after looking into the importance of the factors affecting the heat pump, the results showed that the softening > moisture > treatment temperature > wining time(steam thoroughly) > cooling time > based > the cleanliness angle > section. These results are consistent with the factors presented by the masters operating on the site, and the results showing their importance, especially in the order of softening, moisture, treatment temperature, wining time(steam thoroughly), cooling time are considered meaningful to masters operating on the site.

In this study, Turkish consumers identified and suggested the relationship leading to a goal orientation to Korean fashion/view, social identity of shared values, and a successful behavioral attitude with the realization of cultural capital of hallyu pop culture and social capital for Korean fashion/view. To this end, 600 members of Turkey's Korea-related Internet community, who are experienced in sharing Korean fashion/beauty information, are set up as research samples. and performed frequency analysis, reliability and validity verification, measurement model analysis, and path analysis using SPSS and AMOS. The results analyzed are as follows. First, according to analysis of the relationship between the cultural capital of Korean popular culture and the social capital of Korean fashion showed that culture consciousness affected information sharing, self-seeking and entertainment, but did not affect social participation. Second, information sharing has had a significant impact on social identity, social participation has a significant impact on social identity, but self-seeking has not affected social identity. Third, social identity has had a a significant impact on consumer attitudes.

The purpose of this study is to analyze beauty salon selection attributes and customer loyalty by the DISC behavioral styles among 20-50s adult men. The results found the following: First, according to the analysis of differences in DISC behavioral styles by subjects' general characteristics, 'influence (I)' was the highest in age 20-29. In age 30-59, on the contrary,'conscientiousness (C)' was the greatest. Second, in terms of overall beauty salon selection attributes, 'skills and services' was the highest. According to analysis of differences in beauty salon selection attributes by general characteristics, the respondents' impression of a beauty salon was relatively better among high school graduates and college graduates. Third, overall customer loyalty was scored at 3.37 on average. Fourth, according to analysis of differences in beauty salon selection attributes and customer loyalty by the DISC behavioral style, impression of a beauty salon was relatively better among high school graduates and college graduates. The analysis of differences in customer loyalty by the DISC behavioral style found that those in 'influence (I)' are very loyal to the beauty salon they currently visit regularly. Fifth, according to analysis of the effects of beauty salon selection attributes on customer loyalty, 'employee services' was most influential. In other words, employee services are the most critical factor in enhancing male customers' loyalty.

It studied mediated effect of self-esteem in the relation between leisure activity and college immersion of foreign students of beauty department so that they adapt to school life while the number of foreign students has increased in beauty major. It surveyed 315 foreign students who study at the department of beauty to understand their general characteristics, leisure activity, self-esteem and college immersion with questionnaires. It used SPSS 22.0 for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliance analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical analysis. Leisure activity includes three factors such as self development, personal relation and emotional stability. There is one factor in self esteem. College immersion includes two factors such as academic immersion and relation immersion. It tries to provide practical data that are necessary for efficient management and stable college life of foreign students through the effect of leisure activity on self esteem, the effect of self esteem on college immersion, the effect of leisure activity on college immersion and the result of mediated effect of self esteem in the relation between leisure activity and college immersion.

In this study, literature research and Delphi techniques were used to define the cosmetology teacher's pedagogical content knowledge and to derive subcomponents. As a result of the literature analysis, 56 sub- elements of 7 areas were derived, and the Delphi techniques was used to verify the importance evaluation and reliability of content validity. The results of the importance ratings were all important or very important. A total A total A total of 53 sub elements of 7 areas were derived, and the Delphi techniques was used to verify the importance evaluation and reliability of content validity. The results of the importance ratings were all important or very important. A total of 53 sub-factors were tested, except for three factors, as a result of content validity and reliability analysis. In order of priority analysis for each factor, knowledge of teaching method was answered as the most important factor. As such, a cosmetology teacher must have knowledge in various areas, and a high level of professionalism is required, such as restructuring the lesson contents reflecting the knowledge of the field of the beauty industry, and combining theory and practical classes. Therefore, it is necessary to follow-up research applying PCK, which is an indicator of class expertise, to the beauty department.
