Purpose: This article aims 1) to identify key elements for building quality culture, 2) to design and analyze survey data from defense industry companies, and 3) to suggest directions for enhancing quality culture levels.
Methods: Key elements and items for a quality culture are derived by investigating related references and using affinity diagram. Questionnaire items to investigate the quality culture level of the organizations are prepared and the survey data on the level of quality culture of military defense companies are analyzed.
Results: 1) Descriptive statistical analyses are presented to compare the levels of the six key elements. 2) In each element items with low scores are identified, which should be improved. 3) Among six key elements, 'support 'element shows lowest level. 4) The quality culture level of the small-sized companies are relatively low. 
Conclusion: 1) To improve the quality culture level of the defense industry companies, it is necessary to provide quality education, to enhance recognition and rewards, and to invest resources for employees' self-development. 2) Small-sized companies can easily be adapted to quality-oriented cultural change if the CEO leadership focuses on quality culture.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze correlation of perceived cosmetics brand apps attributes and use intentions, mediating role of customer satisfaction, and relationship between customer satisfaction and continuous usage intention. Then provide basic data for development management strategy of beauty industry and enhancement of competitiveness corresponding to smart era.
Methods: The questionnaires were surveyed by an online company(EMBRAIN). After data collection, frequency analysis was performed on the general attributes of questionnaire survey using SPSS 22.0, and data conclusions were derived by verifying reliability and validity of data and hypotheses.
Results: First, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Second, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a mediating role in the effect of perceived cosmetic brand app attributes on continuous usage intention. Fourth, involvement proved to control the relationship between perceived cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and customer satisfaction. Finally, Involvement has proven to control the relationship between cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and continuous usage intention.
Conclusion: Consumers buying products from cosmetics brand apps will be more likely to use cosmetics brand apps if they feel comfortable with calculation process, search, booking confirmation and payment methods.

Purpose: We examine the impact of Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty.
Methods: We collect data by using survey and proposed relationships between latent variables using Structural Equations Modeling.
Results: We find that Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications positively affect Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. In addition, service quality work as a mediate variable between Customization with Customer Loyalty.
Conclusion: Our findings explain the significant relationships between each variables and hence it is necessary to consider Customization and Service Quality in order to achieve desired goal of enhancing business performance through mobile applications.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a more efficient distance measure taking into account the relationship between categorical variables for categorical data cluster analysis.
Methods: In this study, the association-based dissimilarity was employed to calculate the distance between two categorical data observations and the distance obtained from the association-based dissimilarity was applied to the PAM cluster algorithms to verify its effectiveness. The strength of association between two different categorical variables can be calculated using a mixture of dissimilarities between the conditional probability distributions of other categorical variables, given these two categorical values. In particular, this method is suitable for datasets whose categorical variables are highly correlated.
Results: The simulation results using several real life data showed that the proposed distance which considered relationships among the categorical variables generally yielded better clustering performance than the Hamming distance. In addition, as the number of correlated variables was increasing, the difference in the performance of the two clustering methods based on different distance measures became statistically more significant.
Conclusion: This study revealed that the adoption of the relationship between categorical variables using our proposed method positively affected the results of cluster analysis.

Purpose: Although the development of bulletproof helmets continues to be carried out, little has been improved in testing methods. Therefore, in this study, we studied the improvement of the test method of the domestic bulletproof helmet.
Methods: The causes of head damage in the battlefield and the trends of bulletproof helmet development in developed countries were analyzed. In addition, improvements were derived by comparing the test methods of bulletproof helmet in Korea and the United States.
Results: The results of the improvement by comparing the test methods of bulletproof helmet in Korea and the United States are as follows First, it is an addition to the scope of environmental treatment. Second, it is an addition to the level of protection. Third, the addition of the level of protection by impact.
Conclusion: This study considered testing methods to prevent head injuries to shocks that cannot be identified by conventional methods. In addition, it considered testing methods for various threats by improving protection performance to advanced countries' levels.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems.
Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses.
Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance.
Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful standards evaluation method using standards networks by analyzing the relationship between normative references citation information list.
Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using social network analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as certificate standard, normative reference and degree centrality.
Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the influence of standard information, It is meaningful that the research using normative reference item among the bibliography information that the standard itself possesses. The analysis of social network analysis data of population standard, normative reference and the correlation analysis with sales, a variable representing actual utilization performance, suggested the importance of the standard and how to evaluate it.
Conclusion: In prioritizing standard maintenance, more efficient management will be possible if centrality figures of standard network information are analyzed and used for standard maintenance.

Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain.
Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network.
Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures.
Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

Purpose: We consider export of Korea for Muslim population of Cairo residents in Egypt. Product instant cup noodle and yuzu tea are mainly focused on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction factor (CS - Coefficient) analysis and conjoint analysis.
Methods: Based on the evaluation and conjoint analysis, cluster analysis was additionally applied to further exploratory research as to what kind of population the target customer has. A total of 120 people, each 60 people each, were prosecuted for Muslim women, middle middle class who had over 3,000 Korean won annual income for that study, and in Cairo in August 18.
Results: The Kano analysis result Instant cup noodles act as attractive elements for packaging state, cooking method, smell and convenience, and Yuzu tea acted as an attractive element of taste, eating method, raw materials, efficacy, packaging form. Customer satisfaction factor, instant cup noodles, capacity and noodle thickness was a factor of indifference in Kano analysis, but acted as an attractive factor, the way to eat citron tea was classified as a factor of indifference.
Conclusion: In the case of instant cup noodles, we first set up the taste of chicken-based soup with high appreciation as a whole, a group that likes chicken-based soup taste and oil noodles for each market segment, a taste of beef based soup And popular group that likes raw noodles Appears that diversification is necessary, and it has been found that it is necessary to develop a product type by hierarchy and marketing with different size priority from group packaging container. In the case of Yuzu tea, it is indispensable to emphasize the efficacy, in particular, energy recovery preference appears high, appealing point matching the needs of energy recovery is necessary, release the citrus fruit as a product without buckwheat in Bisson Ho, the packaging container, The group that likes cups and sticks is different and we found that it is necessary to prepare all two types.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is (1) to empirically examine why laggards resist IT adoption in public service and (2) to investigate the relationship between resistance and negative behavioral intention.
Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted on expressway users who do not use High-pass system. The collected 232 samples were analyzed using structure equation model method with AMOS 22.0.
Results: Resistance is found to be a statistically significant factor affecting intention to reject. Also, incompatibility, privacy concern, status quo inertia and relative advantage are found to be statistically significant factors affecting resistance.
Conclusion: Laggards have a tendency to intend to reject IT adoption rather than to postpone. They are affected not by monetary, procedural aspect associated with purchasing or registering OBU(On Board Unit). Incompatibility and relative advantage which are inherent attributes of Hi-pass system are more influential factors than privacy concern and status quo inertia. They make ethical and emotional decision partially affected by public-social factors.
