1그리스 윤활유의 종류에 따른 SCM44의 마찰특성

Friction mechanisms is a very important role in the industrial machinery. However, many experiments have been conducted to reduce the loss of energy resources and parts used due to friction because the friction force adversely affects parts, efficiency, noise, and the like of the power unit. Therefore, in this study, the friction coefficient according to the characteristics of the lubricant was measured to find out which Grease Lubricant maintains the low friction coefficient without being most affected by external conditions. A total of five grease lubricants were tested in this study: GHP CAL 301, GHP EP 2, GHP KG 10, GHP HPG 2, and GHP HTG 2. And the friction coefficient was conducted by changing the load conditions (2, 4, 6, 8, 10N) and rotational speed (24, 48, 67, 86, 105, 124, 143, 162vrpm) using a pin-on-disk wear test system. Also, duty number were calculated. As a result, it was confirmed that in all grease lubricants, the speed did not significantly affect the friction coefficient, and it was confirmed that in all lubricants, the size of the friction coefficient decreased as the load increased from a small load to a large load. In addition, it was determined from the experimental results that GHP EP 2 is the most suitable as a grease lubricant and GHP CAL 301 is not the most suitable.

Magnesium powder has been widely used in various industries because it is light weight and extremely high mechanical strength including aeronautics and chemicals. However, magnesium, as a combustible metal, poses serious safety issues such as fires and explosions if it is not managed properly. Especially, magnesium's max adiabatic flame temperature is 3,340℃ and it is impossible to extinguish it by using water, CO2 and Halonagents. The aim of this study is to identify the combustion characteristics of magnesium powder. We carried out a combustion experiment, using 1 kg of magnesium (purity > 99 %, particle < 150 μm). The features of the magnesium burning process were scrutinized using infrared thermal image analysis. Also, a field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) were used employed to analyze particulate composites and properties. It concludes the significant tendency of magnesium fire and light, combustion carbide's particle characteristics. This study contributes to make better prevention and response manners to magnesium fires, as well as fire investigation measures.

In this study, the effect of different shapes on the heat dissipation characteristics of other porous frames on LED lighting frames was studied using finite element analysis. In addition, the heat transfer characteristics of LED frames were tested using a thermal imaging camera and the results of finite element analysis were compared to derive the optimal hole shape.
According to the study, the heat dissipation effect was better for frames with hole compared to existing ones without holes. In particular, the heat dissipation characteristics test showed that for frames with holes, the rise time to the maximum temperature is fast and the maximum temperature is significantly lower. Also, we could see that the square and diamond shapes were smaller than the circular pores, but had a greater heat dissipation effect.
Through this study, we have concluded that there is a limit to increasing the heat dissipation effect of the frame with a perforated shape, and it is necessary to conduct further research on the change in the shape of the frame in order to achieve a better heat dissipation effect in the future.

In this paper, we developed a fiber optic interferometer system based on frequency-swept laser. This frequency-swept laser with an external-cavity structure can generate a high coherent light with a linewidth of 132 kHz at 1552 nm. It also shows a superior swept linearity of R2 = 0.99995 under repetition rate of 200 kHz due to absence of mechanical moving parts in the laser cavity. By using a piezoelectric fiber optic stretcher, various vibration experiments were implemented, such as 0.5 to 2.0 kHz vibration signals with intervals of 0.5 kHz, with a sampling rate of 7 kHz. Real-time peak tracking can be successfully recovered according to the applied vibration frequency with high linearity of R2 = 0.99983.

It's important to measure fuel consumption of vehicles. It's possible to monitor green house gas from vehicles for various traffic conditions with the measured data. It's effective to eco-drive for drivers with fuel consumption data also. There's a display of fuel consumption in the modern vehicles, but it's not useful to get the data from the display. An estimating method for fuel consumption of a vehicle is suggested in the study. It's a simple but an effective method using GPS data. The GPS data(speed, acceleration, road slope) and vehicle data(weight, frontal area, model year, certified fuel economy) is necessary to estimate the fuel consumption for the method. It calculates driving resistance force to estimate engine power. Then it estimates the necessary fuel consumption to maintain the engine power with fuel-power conversion factor. The conversion factor is corrected with certified fuel economy, model year and rated power. The precision of the methods is checked with road test data. The test driving data was measured with GPS and OBD. The error of the estimated fuel consumption for the measured one is about 1.8%. But the error is large for the 1000 and 100 data number from the total data number of about 10,000. The error is from the larger change range of the GPS data than the one of the measured fuel consumption data. But the proposed estimating method is useful to percept the fuel consumption change for better fuel economy with simple gadget like smart phone or other GPS instruments.

The primary objective of this study is to develop a determination system for an optimal combination of earthwork equipment that improves the traditional way in convenience, prediction accuracy, and productivity. For this, the following research works are conducted sequentially; 1)literature review, 2)technology development trend analysis, 3)develop a determination system for the optimal combination of earthwork equipment, 4)simulation of a developed system. As a result, core considerations are deducted for the development of a determination system. Furthermore, site simulation is performed using a developed system. Site simulation result, Cluster 1(R1200LC 7㎥, CAT 775G 65ton×2) was selected from 6 clusters because of its production cost (₩491/㎥). It is expected that the application range and impact on the construction industry will be enormous due to the availability of the developed system.

In this paper, We propose a portable electrostatic meter which can measure high voltage static electricity caused by friction to prevent fire or explosion accidents in grinding, crushing, power injection, transport, filling, dust removal, painting, and foreign matter removal processes. The proposed device not only shows static electricity strength in 4 steps with respect to distance and voltage but also gives warning with a buzzer, on process facilities that are likely to generate high voltage static electricity due to friction. The device is implemented by filtering the signal detected by the wireless antenna, amplifying the signal by 6 times, and passing the signal through the integrator circuit. Tests are carried out with an electrostatic discharge simulator. And the results show that 4 LEDs are turned on at the distance of 10cm, 3 LEDs at 12cm, 2 LEDs at 13cm, and 1 LED at 15cm, when a fixed voltage of 500V is given. And also, the tests show that the static electricity can be detected at 5cm on 100V, 10cm on 200V, 15cm on 500V, 20cm on 1000V, and 25cm on 1500V. We expect to reduce accidents caused by static electricity by allowing safety managers on fields where fire or explosion accidents can happen to monitor static electricity.

This study used the Deep Learning models used in previous studies, we selected the basic model. The selected model was selected as ZFNet among ZFNet, Googlenet and ResNet, and the object was detected using a ZFNet based FRCNN. In order to reduce the detection error rate of FRCNN, location of four types of objects detected inside the image was designed by SVM classifier and location-based filtering was applied. As simulation results, it showed similar performance to the lane marking classification method with conventional 경계 detection, with an average accuracy of about 88.8%. In addition, studies using the Linear-parabolic Model showed a processing speed of 165.65ms with a minimum resolution of 600 x 800, but in this study, the resolution was treated at about 33ms with an input resolution image of 1280 x 960, so it was possible to classify lane marking at a faster rate than the previous study by CNN-based End to End method.

Recently, demands for large-capacity electronic loads are increasing in various industries such as a reliability test for the performance of a DC power supply device or a dummy-load for improving the stability of an independent microgrid to be actively built in the future. The electronic load required in these various fields requires an operation such as a continuously variable resistance load while minimizing the switching harmonic component generated in the electric load current in order to reduce the influence of interference from the load peripheral device. Electronic loads require a system that minimizes switching current ripple for load control. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a three-level module converter structure to reduce the current ripple of an electronic load, and a multilevel interleaved power converter topology to reduce the current ripple. The validity of the proposed electronic load, 3-level 6 interleaver converter, was verified by simulation and experiment. In addition, the user's convenience was provided by applying the emotional command curve interface method.

This study was conducted to develop an efficiency prediction program of a hydraulic secondary energy converter for calculating annual power generation of a Wavestar type wave power generator. Using the period and wave height obtained from the frequency domain analysis, the behavior of the floating body was obtained by assuming the sin function. The piston displacement and speed of the hydraulic cylinder were calculated considering the behavior of the floating body and the shape of the mechanism. The numerical simulation of the hydraulic system was performed by physically modeling the hydraulic cylinders, check valves, hydraulic motors, which are the main devices. In the future, this analysis program will be used to develop a program for estimating annual power generation of a moveable body type wave power generation device.
