1카메라 렌즈 표면에 형성된 미세 패턴의 내구성 향상 기법 제안

In this study, approached to improve durability of the multi-functional nano-pattern fabricated on the curved lens surface using nanoimprint lithography (NIL) was proposed, and the effects of the proposed methods on functionality after wear test were examined. To improve the mechanical property of ultraviolet(UV)-curable resin, UV-NIL was conducted at the elevated temperature around 60°C. In addition, micro/nano hierarchical structures was fabricated on the lens surface with a durable film mold. Analysis on the worn surfaces of nano-hole pattern and hierarchical structures and measurements on the static water contact angle and critical water volume for roll-off indicated that the UV curing process with elevated temperature is effective to maintain wettability by increasing hardness of resin. Also, it was found that the micro-scale pattern is effective to protect nano-pattern from damage during wear test.

The paradigm of convergence R&D is shifting from the convergence of technologies to the convergence of solutions to solve the complex problems of scientific and social development. On the other hand, it is prevalent that there is a lack of convergence in our research field. Although Korea has invested heavily in fusion research and development, Korea has mainly focused on the application and development of technology, so failed to plan convergence R&D in line with the new paradigm. Therefore, in this study, we searched for convergence R&D area that is being done to solve social problems, and tried to make use of data-driven objective methods. For this purpose, we used the investment information of global R&D projects that had no retrospective properties and derived the convergence R&D area related to coastal flooding.

Due to the high complexity and diversity of the problems of the future society, it is getting harder to solve with the traditional single technology. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in convergence technology, which combines or connects different types of technologies to create new technologies and industries. In this study, we explored the convergence R&D area of ICT technology related to landslide prevention/response. It is true that the world has been exposed to various disasters due to recent climate change. As a result, there is a tendency to use Big Data and ICT for disaster preparedness and recovery. Especially, in the case of landslides, it is a natural disaster that requires research not only to study actual landslides but also to predict potential landslides. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed what kind of convergence R&D is being carried out in the field of ICT for preventing and responding to landslide. Therefore, in this study, Web of Science article data were analyzed by using the scientometric analysis and 51 landslide-related ICT convergence R&D areas were derived.

4Alloy718/SCM440 마찰용접재의 AE에 의한 동적 거동평가

Dissimilar friction welding were produced using 15 mm diameter solid bar in superalloy(Alloy718) to chrome molybdenum steel(SCM440) to investigate their mechanical properties. Consequently, optimal welding conditions were n=2000 rpm, HP=60 MPa, UP=120 MPa, HT=10 sec and UT=10 sec when the metal loss(Mo) is 3.5 mm. Acoustic Emission(AE) technique was applied to analyze the dissimilar friction welding of Alloy718 and SCM440. The relationship between the AE parameters and dissimilar friction welding of both material was discussed. In the case of heating time of 6 sec, 10 sec, 14 sec and 20 sec, 5 AE events per 0.5 seconds and energy about 2.7×1010 were exhibited in heating time. In upsetting time, resulting in various numbers of events per second and very low energy. The frequency range of the signal generated during the heating time was about 200 kHz. However, the upsetting time resulted in a wide range of signals from very low frequency to high frequency of 500 kHz due to rapid plasticity of the material.

This paper discusses energy use monitoring and analysis as part of a study on a low-cost energy supply management system that links an existing database with weather information with no real-time monitor for energy demand of buildings using renewable energy, generator and energy storage systems. This study is targeted at small and medium-sized buildings and aims to monitor energy use with a small number of sensors at low cost by applying an energy management system (EMS). The present study can help overcome the limitations of high-cost EMS applied to large commercial and public buildings. We developed current, indoor temperature and human motion sensors and installed them in an office of a company in a sample building. Through these sensors, we analyzed energy use patterns and the effects of weather information and human motion on the energy use. Furthermore, we analyzed the correlations between the total KEPCO energy use of the sample building and weather by comparing these two data. The results showed that the office energy use of a company was more affected by human motions than by weather information. The comparison between the total energy use of the Building and weather information found that external temperature had an effect on the energy use.

Two type pistons which had different configuration were made to find out the effects on combustion and flame propagation. Flame propagation speed was obtained by use of the cylinder head gasket ionization probe. Ionization Probe voltage output and flame propagation speed were increased according to the air fuel mixture ratio increase. Exhaust direction flame propagation speed was fastest in combustion chamber and next was front direction, rear direction and intake direction cause of tumbling motion in cylinder. In case of remove the valve pocket in piston, average flame propagation speed changed slowly and spark timing was advanced. Also emission was decreased.

This study was conducted to present useful information on the utilization and productivity analysis of laminated modular multi-family housing. To this end, the process of site installation was investigated and analyzed through a prior study, and the monitoring survey was conducted through the site installation case of an stacked multi-family housing. Based on the above, the results of productivity analysis using the web-cyclone technique were also presented. However, the site installation process has limitations on generalisation because the process is not the same for each construction company, and also limits that require verification through application in the actual site of the web-cyclone model presented in this study.

Recently, various efforts have been tried in the construction industry to improve productivity by applying the fourth industrial revolution technology. Among the various technologies, researches for the automation and digitization of earthworks are being carried out steadily. As the interest in the benefits of digitalization of the earthwork field has increased, there have been more cases of technology development and application for digitalization of the earthwork field. However, there is not enough case study to present the analysis results of application cases. The purpose of this study is to verify the feasibility of applying the digitization technology of the earthwork in actual worksite. In order to digitize the worksite terrain, it is required the process of field measurement, measurement data registration, earthwork information input, and analysis cell generation. Particularly, it is possible to achieve information-enabled digitization rather than digitalizing only the shape through the input of the earthwork information and the analysis cell generation. By using the digital information of the earthwork field, it is possible to visually recognize the change of the earthwork field, so that it is expected to enhance the worker's understanding and to be highly applicable to the management work. It is expected that the digital technology of earthwork site will be able to know the precise amount of volume change of the earthwork numerically, and it will be highly applicable to construction management.

In currently electronic systems, the speed of information integration has increased due to the development of electronic technology. However, due to the increase in the number of parts and groups, the product structure has become complicated. In this paper, a study was conducted to evaluate quantitatively the replacement of a small equipment. First, the level of the replacement was determined through the algorithm for the replacement level of parts. Next, we defined the ease of detail replacment, and the factors for each detail replacement. In order to calculate the weighting of the detail ease, we performed the analysis of the replacement process of subcomponents of communication exchanger and defined the evaluation criteria. Finally, the completion of the evaluation check sheet and the evaluation score table.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of protease in kiwi fruit powder after freeze drying which has the ratio of 0%, 1%, 2%, and 3% on the tenderization of the bovine longissimus dorsi muscle. Beef loin chunks were marinated in distilled water (Control), 1% kiwi powder (K1), 2% kiwi powder (K2), and 3% kiwi powder (K3). As a result, the enzyme activities have shown to have higher activity (p<0.001) as the amount of freeze-dried kiwi powder increased. There are significant difference in pH (p<0.01), color of the beef were slightly different between the C (control) group and the sample groups. The cooking loss showed the highest value of K3 (p<0.001), and water holding capacity showed the highest value of K3. Furthermore, the sample groups exhibited lower shear force values compared with the control (p<0.001).
