Pipe support is a representative structure that supports slab formwork, and it is a representative temporary equipment that has been systematically managed since the 1990s when the domestic temporary equipment performance test system was introduced. Nevertheless, it is also a reality that many of the products in circulation are used products that are reused and do not meet the performance of the initial manufacturing stage. However, if only new products are insisted, it could lead to delays in the process due to an increase in construction costs and difficulties in timely delivery. On the contrary, it is not acceptable for the safety of the construction site to use products of low quality without verification procedures or standards. Therefore, this study attempts to grasp the management system such as safety certification for temporary equipment and the actual condition of quality control to maintain performance, and propose improvement plans.

The unit-water content of concrete is one of the important factors in determining the quality of concrete and is directly related to the durability of the construction structure, and the current method of measuring the unit-water content of concrete is applied by the Air Meta Act and the Electrostatic Capacity Act. However, there are complex and time-consuming problems with measurement methods. Therefore, high frequency moisture sensor was used for quick and high measurement, and unit-water content of mortar was evaluated through machine running and deep running based on measurement big data.

While non-uniform shapes are appearing as an apparent building style recently, most architects predominantly think structure and construction technology should support the designed shape of non-uniform structures determined by the architect. Within such a governance structure of architect's perception, the role of an engineer is emphasized for technical support only. Especially, in making a decision on a structural design and plan, if various and objective reviews are not conducted, the design is very likely to be left only as a drawing even if the design is appropriate for criteria and norms. With the recognition of such problems, the present study attempted to propose an equal cooperative relationship between architects and engineers in designing non-uniform structures in the future.

This research is part of the research for unifying the mass concrete and utilizing the rate of super retarding agent. We analyzed the performance of super retarding agent under low temperature conditions. It was found that there was no deterioration in fluidity and air quality due to the change in the super retarding agent mixing rate. It was found that when super retarding agent was mixed up to 0.5 %, it was delayed for 22.3 hours at 20℃, 48.2 hours at 10℃, and 48.5 hours at 5℃. Therefore in order to ensure the performance required at the site, the super retarding agent mixing rate must be determined by fully considering the situation at the site. In addition it will be analyzed that super retarding agent performance analysis at high temperature will be required in subsequent studies.

Free-form buildings usually have large curved shapes on the outside. In order to construct this curved shape, the exterior of the building must be divided into easy-to-manufacture shapes, and the segmented panel is called the FCP(Free-form Concrete Panel). These FCPs have different shapes and cannot reuse molds. To solve these problems, the researchers developed FCP manufacturing equipment to manufacture a mould of FCP. However, the developed equipment alone cannot completely manufacture FCP's mould. This is because there is no mould to implement side of FCP. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a side form of FCP that can be applied to FCP manufacturing equipment. To this end, this study analyzes the basic requirements that side mould should have before developing side mould.

The circumstances of overseas construction market is developing into quite complicated and diversified trends. Construction circumstance is escaping from localization to the open competitions, and from developing countries focused to the resources developing countries. Thus, new strategies for order competitiveness improvement based on our know-hows are required to secure the order volumes. This study has analyzed domestic construction companies' order trends in overseas construction market, and proposed strategic plans through analyzing of Order Causes on overseas construction projects to improve the order competitiveness.

The Temporary construction refers to the construction or dismantling of temporary structures installed for the construction of the main structure at the construction site, and the members constituting this temporary facility are called temporary equipment. Temporary equipment used in construction sites is mostly used products that are reused rather than new products, and it is necessary to consider performance degradation due to repeated use. This study is a preliminary study to develop the performance evaluation criteria applied to temporary equipment that is distributed and reused for secondhand. This study is to analyze the performance status of temporary equipment of used goods owned by rental companies by condition grade through performance tests.

The ElectroMagnetic Pulse (EMP) destroys social infrastructure at once and causes social chaos. However, currently major infrastructures are constructed of concrete that does not have electromagnetic shielding performance. In this study, using the arc metal spraying method is used to evaluate the shielding performance and construction performance of concrete. The electro-magnetic shielding effect is measured by fabricating a shielding room with reference to MIL-STD-188-125, and the construction performance is evaluated by measuring the adhesion strength of thin metal sprayed film-concrete. As a result of the study, when the metal spraying method is applied, the shielding effect is higher than that of the special electro-magnetic shielding concrete, and it is considered to be more economical than the existing metal plate (3~5 mm).

This study is about high strength self-leveling mortar according to the mixing ratio of polymer. The self-leveling mortar currently released in Korea maintains a compressive strength of 40 Mpa as of 28 days. In addition, the level of bonding strength and flexural strength are kept the same. However, through this study, it is confirmed how the self-leveling mortar with a compressive strength of 60Mpa as of the 28th is shown according to the amount of polymer mixed. Experimental factors were configured according to the amount of polymer mixed, and the types of experiments were to confirm compressive strength, flexural strength, adhesion strength and flow. In addition, by confirming the early strength, a study was conducted to improve the quick workability compared to the self-horizontal mortar in the market.

In this study, effect of surface modification of waste glass for fine aggregates on the mechanical properties and alkali silica reaction of mortar was analyzed. As a result, it was confirmed that the incorporation of waste glass fine aggregate decreases the mechanical properties of the mortar and increase the alkali silica reaction expansion. On the other hand, the surface modification of the waste glass fine aggregate is effective in improving this problem. However, unlike green and brown waste glass, it is judged that an additional experiment to determine the cause is necessary for white waste glass where alkali silica reactive expansion occurs extremely.
