1간호대학생의 간호 전문직관과 학업적 자기효능감이 행복감에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study explored factors that influence happiness in nursing students.
Methods: The participants were 159 nursing students at a university in Seoul city. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with the SPSS Win 25.0.
Results: Happiness positively correlated with nursing professionalism (r=.482, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy (r=.422, p<.001). Significant predictors of happiness included nursing professionalism (β=.298, p<.001), academic self-efficacy (β=.2224 p=.001), subjective health status (β=.214, p=.002), major satisfaction (β=-.268, p=.040). These factors explained 35.5% of the variance in student happiness.
Conclusion: The study shows nursing professionalism, academic self-efficacy, subjective health status and major satisfaction are important factors for happiness in nursing students. These findings can be utilized to develop strategies for increasing nursing students' happiness.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate effects of welfare center's cognitive improvement program on the community elderly provided by nursing student volunteers and social welfare.
Methods: A quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was implemented. The participants were the community elderly with or without mild cognitive impairments (experimental group: 17, control group: 15). The experimental group participated in the cognitive improvement program for four months based on the demonstration program of the special grade of dementia in long-term care insurance for the elderly.
Results: After the intervention, the satisfaction with perceived social support (F=9.30, p=.005) was improved statistically between the experimental group and the control group, but there was no significant difference in MMSE-K, IADL, depression, EQ-VAS, and EQ-5D variables.
Conclusion: These results indicated that a multidisciplinary approach or a variety of manpower is needed, in order to prevent the dementia of the elderly. However, in order to provide a systematic cognitive-based intervention, it was once again recognized that the training of relevant experts and the quality planning on them were very important.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting communication ability of nursing students.
Methods : The participants were 140 students in nursing college at the G city. The data were collected using online-questionnaires from July 4 to July 10 2018 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.0 program.
Results : The results show that communication ability was statistically significant according to self-awareness, other-awareness, empathy. Multiple regression analysis found that the factors influencing communication ability of nursing students were empathy(β =.540), self-aware ness(β =.429), other-awareness(β =.375). These variable factors explained community ability as 46.3%.
Conclusions : This study suggests that empathy, self-awareness, other-awareness are significant factors of communication ability of nursing students. Therefore, strategies to improve communication ability of nursing students should be developed with consideration for empathy, self-awareness, other-awareness.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a action-learning based simulation practice program on nursing students' interpersonal communication competence and problem solving ability.
Method: The action-learning based simulation practice program was developed by using the ADDIE mode. A single group pre-post test and time series design was used. Data was collected from senior in nursing university. 89 students participated in pretest group and 116 students participated in posttest group.
Results: Interpersonal communication competence and problem solving ability were significantly higher in posttest group than pretest group.
Conclusion: Action-learning based simulation practice program is an effective teaching strategy to enhance communication competence and problem solving ability.

Background: Clear and proper feedback is necessary to decrease the gap between knowledge and practice. Feedback can improve clinical competence of medical students up to expertise level.
Methods: A total of 180 4th-year students of Daegu-Kyungbuk consortium area participated in the scheduled feedback program of clinical performance examination on August 26th in 2017. Among them, 167 students filled out the questionnaire on helpfulness of the direct observation and feedback of faculty and standardized patient (SP), helpfulness for history taking (Hx), physical examination (PE), and patient-physician interaction (PPI), and any change of clinical competence and clinical reasoning of the students pre- and post-feedback. All the responses were measured on 5-point Likert scale.
Results: Among the total students, 88.6% responded that direct feedback at the practice is helpful, particularly 95.2% of faculty and 76.6% of SP. A 37.3% answered that it was helpful for all the categories of feedback, but only 25.3% for PE and 24.7% for Hx. A 56.3% responded that feedback is helpful for both disease questions and counseling practice. Mean score of self-assessment by the students increased from 2.52 to 3.36 for Hx, 2.30 to 3.24 for PE, 2.46 to 3.33 for clinical reasoning, 2.84 to 3.59 for PPI, and 2.44 to 3.28 for overall competence. And all these differences were found to be statistically significant (P <0.001)
Conclusion: A majority of students responded that the direct feedback from faculty and SP was helpful at the clinical practice of Hx, PE, and PPI, and increased the level of clinical competence.

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and multi-cultural perception on the cultural competence of nursing students.
Methods: A Participants consisted of 211 registered nursing students from the university in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. Data were collected in March, 2019 using self-report questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, an ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS/WIN 21.0.
Results: The cultural competence correlated positively with emotional intelligence (r=.30, p<.001) and multi-cultural perception (r=.27, p<.001). The cultural competence was the factor that most influenced emotional intelligence and multi-cultural perception, explaining 33.8% of the variance(F=14.82, p<.001).
Conclusions: It is necessary to educate cultural competency education programs designed to the appropriate grade level of nursing students that a nursing students can enhance there multi-cultural perception, Others' emotion appraisal and use of emotion competence.

Background: Team-based learning is known for its effective and satisfying education methods in the study of various medical schools. This study was prepared to confirm the satisfaction of applying this team-based learning to the training course of emergency medical technician.
Methods: A total of 165 new members of the course of second grade National Emergency medical technician at 2019 were finally enrolled in the study. Data were collected with a self-administered questionnaire. The team-based learning method was organized with eight students per group to conduct pre-learning and then proceed to open book to encourage active discussion among individuals.The questionnaire consisted of questions about the satisfaction of the discussion process, such as whether the knowledge gained from the discussion was appropriate, and whether collaboration between colleagues was successful during the discussion, and about the benefits of team-based learning, how well knowledge transfer compared to existing lectures, and the replacement of existing lectures. The questionnaire used a Likert 5 point scale, and the data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS version 22.0.
Results: The overall rating of team-based learning was 7.8 ± 1.5 out of 10. Many students answered positively (88.5%) for benefits, while 87.9% responded positively to whether the knowledge transfer effect was better compared to existing lectures. In addition, the satisfaction of team-based learning was generally high, with more than 90 percent of education students giving positive answers to the replacement of other lectures with team-based learning.
Conclusion: The learners gave positive answers to the satisfaction, usefulness and learning effects of team-based learning. Team-based learning is a discussion-based study, so it is a good way to improve communication skills. Since communication and teamwork are important in first aid activities, the characteristics of team-based learning could lead to improvements in first aid services, leading to high-quality emergency medical services.

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative research is to explore the background of occurrence of perceived incivility by nursing students in clinical practice.
Method: Data were collected through focus interviews and individual interviews were analysed using qualitative content analysis
Result: The results showed that three categories that represented the background of occurrence of incivility were scheme which is not cleared, position which is not settled and unequal relationship
Conclusion: Since the background of occurrence of perceived incivility is complex, So it is required to macroscopic approach to reduce the perceived incivility of the students in the clinical practice.

Purpose: This descriptive research study was effect of satisfaction of body figure and obesity stress on career preparation behavior in nursing college students. Survey design was adopted for 210 nursing college students in Gyeong Sang Buk Do.
Methods: Data were gathered from May 1 to May 31, 2019 Analysed for descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierachical multiple regression analysis.
Results: There was a significant negative correlation between satisfaction of body figure and obesity stress, and was a positive correlation between career preparation behavior and obesity stress. Factors affecting career preparation behavior in the subjects were grade, subjective body shape, motivation for entering college, and stress from weight control efforts. This model explained 16% in career preparation behavior.
Conclusion: The results suggest that an intervention program is needed to improve career preparation behavior, to teach the right knowledge about body shape and to emphasize the importance of health care in the nursing college students.

Background: This study was aimed to examine relationships among workplace bullying, organization culture and nursing performance in clinical nurses.
Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted from October 16 to 26, 2018 with 168 nurses participating in RN-BSN and graduate programs in a university. Data was analyzed with SPSS 22.0 by t - test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression.
Results: Of nurses, 23.2% were found as victims of workplace bullying. Higher scores for workplace bullying positively correlated with rank-oriented culture (r=.19, p=.015), negatively correlated with relational-oriented culture (r=-.43, p<.001) and innovation-oriented culture (r=-.35, p<.001). After adjusting for other variables, better nursing performance was associated with lower scores for workplace bullying (β=-.18, p=.026) and innovation-oriented culture (β=.24, p=.023). However, there was no moderating effect of organizational culture in the relationship between workplace bullying and nursing performance.
Conclusion: Efforts to creating innovative organizational culture and reducing workplace bullying can contribute to improving nursing performance.
