1최근 10년간 한국체육정책학회지 연구동향 분석: 언어네트워크분석(Semantic Network Analysis)을 중심으로

In order to learn about the academic research trends of sports policy in Korea, this study attempted to analyze 500 keywords in 352 thesis subjects listed in the Journal of Korean Sport Policy, Korea's most representative journal on sports policy through language network analysis. The time span waㄴ covered by papers from 2010(15 volumes) to 2019(49 volumes) on the corresponding academic journal search site. The analysis of the language network analyzed the frequency, density analysis, and centrality of the keywords on an indicator, and based on this analysis, visualization by UNINET6 & NetDraw program was attempted. We also found hidden subgroups through CONCOR analysis, a kind of cluster analysis. The study found that the subject matter, which recorded the highest frequency, was "improvement," followed by "Korea," "sports," "player" and "activation." "Improvement" and "Korea" with high frequency were also dominant in most centralities, and were classified into eight subgroups through CONCOR analysis.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the policy decision process on the enactment of “Costal Accident Prevention Act” (marine leisure sports field) and to analyze it empirically by applying the Multiple Stream Framework (MSF) of the policy decision process (Kingdon, 1984). The materials were analyzed and interpreted by adopting the qualitative research methodology, mixing the collection of literature materials, the method of depth interview and connection works with theories. With the above research procedures, the following results were drawn in this research.
First, the accident in which five young students were sacrificed at the private Marine Corps camp which is known as a mecca of self-restraint education and the atmosphere of the state policy that valued the safety of the people as the priority formed a policy agenda and grabbed the attention of government officials.
Secondly, the disaster of Sewol ferry, a shocking incident that occurred during the legislative process formed the public opinion of social criticism as a hot issue of the society. Such an atmosphere led to the intensive concern of high-ranking government officials and the agreement of the ruling party and opposition party.
Third, the choice (legislation of the government, top-down approach) and the aggressive activities up to policy decision of the former National Maritime Police Agency, and the support of invisible participants (Marine Rescue Association, expert members of the National Assembly Secretariat) worked as important nutritional factors, and became motive powers to be delegated of the authority as the ministry and office concerned of the law from the National Assembly.
Through this study, Kingdon(1984)'s MSF theory was confirmed as an appropriate theory in applying the case of radical policy to analyze the mechanism of process context throughout the policy making process. Therefore, this research is expected to act as a major theoretical framework for analyzing the process of policies which will be enacted in the future of marine leisure.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a study on the improvement of physical education in high school : focusing on table tennis program. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 226 8th grade students in Grade 2 U class in Gyeonggi - do were compared with experimental group (4 classes, 2 hours of physical education per week, N = 117) and 4 groups, And N = 109), respectively.
We have developed a program that can create an environment for effective operation of table tennis competition and increase participation. After applying these programs to the experimental group and the comparative group, we investigated the physical education class alienation and school violence through the questionnaire of the open question, and analyzed the difference of the questionnaire responses of the experimental group and the comparative group using the t-test and the frequency factor analysis respectively. Physical education class alienation is advance. The results of the post - test showed that there was a significant difference in all the factors except the physical education teacher neglect factor.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of management strategy for sport performance on Collegiate Football Player. For the purpose of this study, the program of management strategy for sport performance, psychological skills training, and counseling included psychological characteristics of participant was operated by personal needs. A case study with a single subject design was conducted. In addition, reliability and validity are secured through triangulation. The following results were identified for exploration in this study: Firstly, psychological skills(Self-confidence, Team harmony, Concentration, Imagery, Goal setting, Willpower, Anxiety control) were showed progressively improvement. Secondly, Participant's consciousness evaluation through questionnaire and interview was positive.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of participation in physical activities using pseudo-panel data. The data set on the participation of the people in the physical activity was constructed as a pseudo-panel from the raw data of National Sport Participation Survey in Korea.
This research provides two major findings. First, the decision to participate in physical activity is influenced by awareness of sports facilities, experiences of lessons, accompanying participants, occupation and marital status. The frequency of participation is influenced by awareness of sports facilities, experiences of lessons, participants, travel time to sport facility, education and marital status. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to make policies for expanding lessons, improve accessibility of facilities and provide customized programs for policy target groups.

The purpose of the study was to suggest the ways to revitalizing leisure sport tourism in Korea based on the environmental analysis of leisure sport industry, analyses of domestic and foreign policies for leisure sport tourism, and case studies. First, the literature study was carried out to grasp the current status of the domestic leisure sport tourism industry in Korea. Second, two phases of focus group interviews were conducted in order to identify problems in the leisure sport tourism industry and to develop mid- to long-term development plans. First focus group consisted of three travel agents in charge of leisure sport tourism and six staff members from leisure sport facilities. Second focus group was composed of four professor of sport managements, one professor of sport tourism, one professor of tourism management, one researcher of tourism, one researcher of sport management, and one researcher of regional sport industry. Last, authors searched international literature and internet data and found some good cases to analyze policies that can be applied to leisure sport tourism revitalization plan in Korea. Based on literature review, environmental analyses of Korean leisure sport industry, two phases of focus group interviews, and international case studies, some policy suggestions for revitalizing leisure sport tourism industry in Korea were generated.

When inter-Korean dialogues and exchanges were interrupted, sports exchanges were the only areas where exchanges were possible. In 2018, the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games were also held in the midst of an intense inter-Korean relationship. As a result, the inter-Korean dialogues and exchanges resumed, and the inter-Korean summit and the North Korea, US summit continued to establish peace on the Korean peninsula. In this study, inter - Korean sports exchanges that have been carried out since the division are divided into 5 periods, and the features of each period are analyzed to examine inter - Korean sports exchanges from a historical point of view. In addition, the changes of inter Korean situation after the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics and the changes of dialogues and exchanges of the perception of the South Korean society about inter-Korean relations were examined. Based on this, the practical and reasonable policies of inter-Korean sports exchange policy were finally presented by distinguishing as to the legal system and principle of inter-Korean sports exchanges, the sports exchange policy of peace-oriented sports policy and the sports policy for common prosperity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of sports education in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that conform to the trends of the international community. To this end, literature research was conducted focusing on policies related to education, sports education and sports activities related to developing countries, and for the purpose of collecting data in depth, in-depth interview was conducted by selecting people with experience in physical education and sports activities in developing countries. The results obtained from the data collection of this study are as follows: First, the problem of sports education is, firstly, poor environment due to poverty and lack of sports activity. They say that even though professional teachers or leaders have been dispatched to provide quality education, poor and difficult conditions make it difficult for them to attend classes. Second, the duration of the dispatch period is less sustainable after the period in which teachers and leaders are dispatched to work due to reduce the duration of the dispatch period. For example, if a leader of a soccer event finishes his or her working days, the successor should be sent to a leader of a soccer event, but the leader of another sport was sent to train continuously, causing problems. Third, due to the lack of local experts and poor environment, it is difficult to conduct normal classes. The shortage of local professionals and poor conditions carry out normal classes, which have many difficulties. Finally, it is the establishment of sustainable global cooperation governance. It is expected to provide efficient and effective education through the development and introduction of new programs that share various cases and information of dispatched professionals and meet the sustainable development goals the international community is aiming for through the organization's formation to achieve its goals.

The purpose of this study was to understand the role of expert in the process of discussing system and policy, and the implications of the policies. To achieve this purpose, the selected case was the discussion process for improving the training system for sports instructor in 2013. The case was the first study since the National Sports Promotion Act was revised in 2012. The process of this discussion required practical measures to be presented and various interests and complex policy issues to be addressed. Therefore, the researchers determined that the case is suitable for exploring the policy process and the role of policy experts. Following Yanow's interpretative policy analysis procedures, the researcher analyzed policy artifact including policy documents and minutes, and conducted in-depth interviews with experts involved in the discussion process. The result showed that the training system for sports leaders included value from policy experts. It is the improvement of status of sports leader and the fairness of the training procedure. The role of policy experts and behavior of policy discussions have also changed. The role of and expert was changed from 1) an 'expert' who demonstrates an individual's professional knowledge and experience to 2) a 'representative' of a detailed major group, and 3) a 'hidden benefactor' at the end. The context reflected in the turning point was revealed by the academic identity of the expert and the path dependence of the system.

The purpose of this study was to find the problems of management of the Dream Together project and suggest the development plans by figuring out the problems of the project. The Dream Together project is the official development assistance program in sports area organized by public sports organizations and Korean government.
The problems were figured out by Delphi technique in 3 large categories, 9 middle categories and 35 minor categories. Environmental, main agents of participation and internal composition factors are the 3 large categories. Budgets, immigration control, communication, inflexibility of the guideline, lack of human resources and lack of interest and others were found for the environmental factors of the problems. Division of the main agents, lack of authority of sports federations and the ministry, lack of support from participating countries and lack of professionalism for culture program and others were found for the factors of the main agents of participation. Difficulties to increase budget, lack of manpower supporting the programs, no existence of the organization which exclusively being in charge of the project, lack of programs focused on beneficiaries, lack of network structures, lack of public relations and advertisements and others were found for the factors of internal composition.
Finally, the development plans were suggested by Delphi technique as well. Development plans were suggested correspondently to the problems depending on environmental, main agents of participation and internal composition factors, but only different numbers of minor categories which are 32. MOU with other public organizations to help Visa process and immigration control, increase of the budget through aggressive action towards central government, improvement of the inflexible guideline, increase of human resources through more employment, enhancement of responsibility and interest and others were suggested for the development of the environmental factors. The unification of the main agents, enhancement of the action power of sports federations and the ministry, requirement for support from the countries of the beneficiaries, having professional help for culture program from other specialized agencies and others were also suggested for the development plans in terms of factors of the main agents of participation. Lastly, for the factors of internal composition, increase of the total budgets, foundation of new organization which exclusively being in charge of the project, reinforcement of human power for each program, the change of how to decide the beneficiaries, extension of the business period, adding new program for civilians, reinforcement of networks, diverse PR and advertisements actions and others were suggested.
