We have to promote Software and Contents Industry. The hyperconnectivity and superintelligence are the distinct features of Smart society and 4's industial time. Our country are urgently needed new ecosystem(IoT, AI, Big data).

In this study, we perform a descriptive statistical analysis to understand and explain the wage characteristics of logistics industry workers through socioeconomic environment changes in our country over the last 10 years. This study comprehensively explained that differences exist in the wage of workers in the logistics industry of Korea in relation to industries, jobs, size of enterprises, status of permanent employees, and regions.
For the future development of the logistics industry in Busan, considered the center of the logistics industry, it is necessary to further strengthen the economic treatment of logistics industry workers in the city. Especially for the water transport industry, it is thought that the wage discrimination of each local government as described in this study could be corrected when the current body, which is building a Seoul-centered headquarters system apart from practical economic activities, is corrected and the headquarters is relocated to Busan.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consumers' need on brand attachment and loyalty, and how these influences show difference between practical product and pleasure product. For this purpose, this study selected a PC (notebook) as a practical product and consumers' fashion clothes as a hedonic product, and analyzed who have used it. The main results and implications of this study are as follows.
First, autonomy desire, relationship desire, and competent desire all have positive effects on brand attachment. Second, brand attachment affects brand loyalty positively. Finally, it was confirmed that the effect of consumer desire on brand attachment varies according to product type. These results may provide useful implications for marketing companies who want to increase their attachment.

Korea is the only country to achieve both economic development and democratization in a short period of time. The purpose of this study is to look at the comprehensive perception of the era that encompasses the past, present and future of the Korean economic development model that has solidly overcome the Asian Financial Crisis in 1997 and the Global Financial Crisis in 2008. In conclusion, the Korean economy's first road, the governing economy has reached the end of its life, and the second road, the market almightyism is expanding to the momentum, but it is difficult to become a sustainable model in the future. As the first way, this model also accumulates its own problems, so it is no longer possible to survive. What is the path we will choose as the third way? I think the right direction is to "reduce the governmental but increase the public." Both excessive government and excessive markets are not our direction. On the one hand, we must look out for the market economy model that is best suited to our situation, while guarding against the inertia of long-standing rule and the temptation of market almightysim on the other. This work can be referred to in the experiences of other countries, but it cannot be totally dependent on it, and our original efforts must open our own new third path. Beyond pride and self-study, we have a vision and strategy for a public state for all and for democracy for all. The future will last long.

This study examined the current status of big data and the application of big data technology in the future society. Firstly we analyzed the technology that supports data explosion, the settlement of social media and smartphones, and the spread of M2M(Machine to Machine) and sensor data as the appearant background of big data. In addition by investigating big data-related policies, we found that the level of public data openness in Korea is limited and identified the factors that do not form a virtuous cycle.
In general big data processing is to collect and process large amounts of data to extract desired information, and analyze it. While examining the technical environment and processing techniques in each process, the representative analytical and expression techniques were discussed. The most basic analytic infrastructure is Apache Hadoop, and NoSQL(Not only SQL) technology is applied to process data flexibly and faster. Additionaly the future directions were discussed by analyzing the prediction of the big data market and the application plan of big data technology in the enterprise.
In this study domestic policies, market situations, and utilization plans, focusing on the technology status of big data were generally examined. And based on the contents discussed in this paper, further study is needed to analyze the case study of each field to evaluate and verify the utility of big data technology in each field.

The purpose of the study is to find out what consumers are willing to buy for their apparent attributes of convenience store lunch boxes. To analyze this, we conducted a survey by producing online questionnaires through 'Naver Form' to consumers who have purchased convenience store lunch boxes based on Z generation living in Busan. A total of 142 people were surveyed from April 9 to April 15 2019 and the study used SPSS20.0 for data analysis. As results of the study, the preference for black and square lunch boxes was highest, red and round lunch boxes were the lowest. The results of a study of phuchase intention were similar to that of preference. In particular, the intention of payment was shown to be red and the intention of payment of the round lunch box was significantly lower. However, in this work in Pusan Area, targeting the specific generation shows advantages that can predict, but the Behavioral Characteristics of the Republic of Korea can't generalize in the nature of consumers limited duration. Therefore, it is expected that further studies will require the integration of regional or inter-generational behavioral differences to produce overall results.

8부산의 글로벌 복합 물류거점 구축방안 -더블트라이포트(Double Tri-Port)를 중심으로

The global logistics hub is transforming into a hub of business based on logistics infrastructure linking together land, sea and air. however, Busan is showing limitations in the competition for global logistics hubs due to its port-oriented policy. To overcome this, Busan is pushing for a policy to build a Tri-Port, although Busan's Tri-Port won't be free from the existing port-centered background. Therefore, a new policy plan designed by analyzing recent trends and cases on global logistics hubs and problems of Busan's Tri-Port policy are presented in this study. Here is the result of this study: Busan's Tri-Port policy requires a shift into the Double Tri-Port policy, considering the reality of the situation. First, the Double Sea-Port policy allows new ports to continue growing with logistics-hub ports, while North Port needs to be adjusted with cruises and Ro-Ro focused policies focusing on the 'North Port Redevelopment Project'. Second, the Double Rail-Port policy requires a shift to a Rail Freight centered policy focusing on the new port area, and Busan Station needs to be linked a suitable for handling passengers, and Ro-Ro cargo. Third, for the Double Air-Port policy, Gimhae International Airport needs to be used as an LCC, domestic passengers focused airport, while the new airport needs a policy to change it for large cargo planes and large passenger planes. In particular, it is necessary to develop logic differentiated from Incheon Airport with various accessibilities such as a logistics hub airport, the combination of new airport and super-sized cruise terminals.

In order to revitalize the robo-advisor, the government revised the capital market act to provide conditions for investor protection. If this condition is met, investment advisory and fully automated operation are possible, so that the role of the robo-advisor is possible in both the back-office and the front-offece. However, it is difficult to perform non-face-to-face fully automated service by compelling explanations face-to-face when inviting investments. In addition, even in the case of algorithmic integrity conditions, most financial companies are difficult to satisfy in reality. This study proposes three strategies to complement the regulation of fully automated services and algorithms proposed by financial authorities.
