The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the rhythm exercise intervention for senior women on their blood lipid and HOMA-IR. For this purpose, 23 senior women who were participating in rhythm exercise programs provided by Community Service Centers located in Y province were selected and tested for their blood lipid and HOAR-IR variance after rhythm exercise interventions, of which the results were as follows; First, the blood lipid of the senior women who received the rhythm exercise intervention (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C) had a statistically significant difference in terms of the time and the interaction effects between groups. Second, the HOMA-IR indicators of senior women after rhythm exercise intervention had a statistically significant difference in terms of the time and the interaction effects between groups. Based on the findings above, it is believed that the dance sports training intervention increases the physical activities of the body and reduces the body fat, while increasing the use of glucose in skeletal muscles and suppressing generation of glucose from the liver, improving the blood lipid and HOMA-IR. Therefore, it is believed that continued participation on physical activities would prevent and control regenerative diseases and enhance the quality of life. For this purpose, it would be necessary to develop and apply various dance sports routines that will allow the senior women to embrace the sports dance, become interested in the activity, and participate in physical activities voluntarily, which will eventually help the health management and enhancement of the quality of life in old age.

The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean researches on senior rhythmic exercise programs and the effects by collecting and analyzing studies from RISS and KISS. Total number of studies collected was 29, excluding those repeatedly appeared and less relevant. The research methods are to compare the length and size of the data in each study with the relevant researches overseas, to rank frequently used research methods, to categorize Korean senior rhythmic exercise programs, and to analyze the effects of the programs by length of the program. In conclusion, it is necessary to improve the scale of the data(both in size and length) for research, to diversify research methods, to systematically develop senior programs, and to analyze more diverse effects of the senior programs.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data rule for the use of rhythm movement for the future society by studying the effect of body balance and body alignment of college students through the somatic pilates exercise program. The subjects of this study were 13 students who participated in the somatic pilates program class, and the results were as follows. First, through the somatic pilates movement, body changes were made through body correction, core muscle strengthening, and internal perception of the body. Second, it was found that postural correction and body alignment such as turtle neck and turtle back were affected from the functional aspect of the body. Third, through the somatic pilates program and music, positive changes in mental concentration and exercise participation were brought about. Therefore, it is expected that the development of various rhythmic exercise programs using somatic pilates that can be applied continuously with functional program development through this study can be utilized not only for the generation group but also for rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the effects of Crossfit training method on physical fitness in 30's men.
Subjects were divided into 2 groups: AMRAP(as many repetition as possible)group(n=50), TA(time attack)group(n=50).
Measurement variables were physical fitness muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, power. The two - way ANOVA was conducted to analyze the differences and interactions between group and time. In the case of interaction effect, Duncon test was conducted to Post hoc. All significance levels were verified at .05. The results were as follows;
There were no significant statistically difference in the change of muscular strength, flexibility and power. but AMRAP group and TA group showed some differences in the amount of muscular strength according to the measurement time. and there were no significant effect of interaction between group and measurement time for muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and power.
Consequently, it showed that 8 weeks Crossfit training method made a similar effect on body composition and physical fitness in 30's men.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data necessary for development of TaiChi exercise program and to provide basic data for the health maintenance of the elderly women by analyzing the effects of 18weeks TaiChi on physical fitness and immune functions of elderly women. 30 female subjects were randomly assigned to 2 groups, i.e., TaiChi exercise training group 15, control group 15. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects before enrollment into this study. All subjects participated in pre-test and post-test, that is., physical fitness test(muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, range of motion and balance), and immune functions test(IL-2, IFN-γ, IgM, IgA and IgG). Exercise training was performed 5 times per week, for 60minutes each time, for 18 weeks. A paired-sample t-test and an independent-sample t-test were conducted with the SPSS Ver. 23.0 statistic program to test of physical fitness and immune functions and differences in changes between the groups before and after exercise. The results of this study were as follows. Firts, in the changes of physical fitness variables after 18 weeks exercise training, there improved significantly of cardiovascular endurance, range of motion and balance in elderly women. Exercise group revealed exhibited significant differences statistically, but control group showed few changes during the experiment. Second, in the changes of immune functions variables after 18 weeks exercise training, there increased significantly of IFN-γ, IgA, IgG. Exercise group revealed exhibited significant differences statistically, but control group showed few changes during the experiment. In conclusion, TaiChi exercise program for 18 weeks improved in physical fitness in elderly women and positively affected immune functions-related cytokine and immunoglobulin.

The purpose of this study was to review the results of previous researchers related to the usage (continuous) usage intention and to verify the perceived value to the (continuous) usage intention in sharing economy service, focused on the rhythm exercises/sport O2O service and bicycle sharing service. Using the key words of usage intention, O2O service, sharing economy and perceived value from major academic databases in Korea (KISS), the related research articles were collected and analysed. The results of this study were as follows: First, the perceived value was measured at single or multi-dimensional level. The researchers make errors by interpreting multi dimensionally the single dimension of the perceived value. Second, the perceived value has significantly different effects on the (continuous) usage intention in sharing economy and O2O services. Third, the relationship between the perceive value and (continuous) usage intention was inconsistent in sharing economy and O2O services.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect 8weeks core exercise gluteus maximus strengthening on body composition, basal physical fitness and balance of middle-aged women. The subjects of the study were involved in exercise group (n=10)and non-exercise group (n=10) in middle-aged women, and we carry out same inspection and measurement at before and after 8weeks gluteus maximus strengthening exercise with core exercise. List of measurement is body composition (body fat percentage, visceral fat, WHR, waist size), basic physical fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, muscle power, flexibility) and balance. All variable measurements are suggested in average mean (M) and standard deviation (SD), we implement Paired t-test for verification of difference in groups about before and after exercise for 8 weeks, and use two way analysis of variance (two way ANOVA) for analysis intergroup difference. All statistical significance levels are configured in .05.
Like above research result, the gluteus maximus strengthening exercise with core exercise for 8 weeks implemented in the study has positive effects for change of body composition, improvement of physical fitness and balance ability (balance) of middle-aged woman, and this exercise has effect for improvement of body balance and basic stamina of middle-aged women. Besides, it can be a help to improve the quality of life of middle-aged women.

The purpose of study was to examine the physical self-conception and psychological well-being of elderly women participating in senior aerobics. The subjects of this study were 193 people in the elderly welfare center and seniors participating in senior aerobics in the northern part of Gyeongido (Uijeongbu, Yangju, Dongducheon, Pocheon). The survey tool used the physical self-concept scale developed by Kim Byung-Joon(2001) and the psychological well-being scale developed by Hwang Young-Joon(2009) as a questionnaire. The 5-point Likert scale was used. The collected data were analyzed by One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows ; First, there was no difference in age, physical self-concept and psychological well-being according to general characteristics(age, exercise duration, frequency, intensity). Second, the correlation between physical self-concept and psychological well-being was positively correlated. Third, physical self-concept is related to psychological well-being. Among the sub-factors of physical self-concept, appearance and overall physical factors influenced sub-factors of psychological well-being. The physical self-concept of elderly women who participated in senior aerobics partially affected psychological well-being.

The purpose of this study is to identify the academic merits and values of rhythmic kinesiology. First, rhythmic kinesiology satisfies the elements of study focus, method of study, and a unique knowledge system to qualify as an academic discipline. At this point in time when the academic perspectives and system are changing rapidly, Rhythmic Kinesiology, a compound word of Rhythmic and Kinesiology, is most appropriate for establishing its identity and academic values.
Academic values of rhythmic kinesiology include value of historical philosophy, pedagogical value, psychological value, sociological value, and physiological value.
A major academic achievement of rhythmic kinesiology is that it has developed many studies associated with various rhythmic movement with rhythm as a major component into an integrated new academic discipline an it also keeps the balance in theory and practice.
