1e-커머스의 차별화마케팅 전략이 소비자만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

This research analyzed how the differentiated marketing strategies of e-commerce including price matching, regular delivery and rocket delivery can influence customer satisfaction and repurchase intention.
First, through literature review, the research hypotheses were set concerning e-commerce's differentiated marketing strategies, this research conducted factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.
As a result, the established 7 hypotheses were all verified. To be specific, matching price positively affected customer satisfaction and repurchase intention as it provides customers with economic benefits and confidence in lower price. Regular delivery also had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by reducing shopping effort as well as economic benefits which can boost repeat purchases. Rocket delivery positively influenced customer satisfaction and repurchase intention as well, through fast delivery and holiday shipping. Lastly, customer satisfaction by the differentiated marketing strategies positively influenced repurchase intention.
This research confirmed that e-commerce's differentiated marketing had a positive impact on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, with regards to the recent 3 years management performance of COUPANG who has adopted the differentiated marketing strategies, whereas sales has increased, operating profit has decreased.
This demonstrates that excessive investment and low-cost strategies, followed when differentiated marketing strategies are implemented can have a negative effect on management. Thus, further research will be needed to analyze this point in the future.

BC analysis is necessary and useful method for the feasibility study of various public projects. However the method sometimes looks suspicious in the exactness and the credibility owing to the doubt of value measurement process out of qualitative benefits. This paper suggests the improved and general quantification method for the calculation of qualitative benefits of public projects through the analyses of similar BC case studies.

Due to the lower product price and higher publicity payment, the profit structure of the corporate in food and beverage industry is gradually worsening. In order to achieve continuous growth and development of enterprise, innovative product development is required.
In this study, we have developed a model that combines Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ by developing the new product based on non-customer level. TRIZ is applied for specific and diverse problem solving strategy. In other words, the new model which can maximize the advantage of Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ is suggested. Also, the model presents a new business model that develops innovative products by complementing disadvantages.
The three existing products that have achieved success by developing innovative products among food and beverage industry are applied to the new business model developed in this study. According to the research, it was found that the three products coincide with the new business model. As a result, we believe that companies in the food and beverage industry planning to develop new innovative products will be able to present directions for the development of new products in the future.

This study examines the longitudinal effect of the coupling of business strategy-HRM on product quality competitiveness, and sales account. This study assume that coupling of strategy-HRM means high external fit on business strategy and HRM. The research model consists of two hypotheses. Specifically, the first hypothesis is that the slope of strategy-HRM coupling has a positive effect on the slope of product quality. The second hypothesis is that the slope of product quality competitiveness has a positive significant effect on the slope of sales account. Data were extracted from the Korea Labor Institute's Workplace Panel Survey (WPS) from 2005 to 2015 (in six waves), and the analysis used 683 companies that are common respondents of the six-wave surveys. Latent growth curve model was employed to test the hypotheses. The results of the research are summarized as follows. First, the slope of coupling of business strategy-HRM had a positively significant effect on the slope of product quality. Second, the slope of product quality had a positive and significant effect on the slope of sales account. Finally, it was confirmed that the strong coupling of business strategy and HRM has a critical factor of organizational performance.

We present a deep-learning-based prediction method for the machine allocation problem of production scheduling in semiconductor manufacturing fabrication (FAB). This method is devised to improve the throughput capacity of the automated material handling system (AMHS). A prediction method is applied to determine the machine to perform the next process after a lot completes a process. Selecting the proper machine for the next process can shorten the travel distance of the overhead hoist transfers (OHTs), and this will eventually lead to reduced utilization and increased throughput capacity of the AMHS. The results confirm that the accuracy of our deep-learning-based machine selecting method is quite high and that it outperforms the other machine learning methods.

FinTech is a technology-led financial transaction innovation that is a fusion of finance and technology. The main types of Fintech are remittance, payment, P2P, and financial data analysis. Duplex payments are spreading around the world. However, the P2P loan sector has not been well established due to the low social awareness in Korea despite the innovative change in Fintech. Therefore, in this study, we want to know that is the intention to use of P2P loan which can be considered innovative among FinTech types. Based on theory of reasoned action(TRA), FinTech is a convergence of IT technology, we have set up a research model by converging the “Technology readiness index(TRI)” theory of information technology. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the 'Subjective Norm' and 'Attitude Toward Behavior' to the 'Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA)' had an influence on the intention of the act in the act of Fintech lending. However, in the Fintech loan, the 'Technology readiness index(TRI) does not significantly affect the attitude. Among them, 'Optimistic' and 'discomfort' were not affected. And the 'Subjective norm' is heavily influenced by the opinions of his important people. There was no 'motivation to comply' the opinion.

Generation IV nuclear power plants are deemed to be an important source of baseload power for long-term goals. Currently, there are several designs but few will be deployed in the near future due to strategic, economic, and even political reasons. Such factors pose a challenge in selecting an ideal Generation IV technology to commit time and financial resources to. This study presents a systems approach to decision making for an appropriate Generation IV nuclear power plant program. A methodology commonly used in Systems Engineering projects, the Analytic Hierarchy Process, was applied to evaluate the survey results from expert opinions. As input to the decision analysis methodology, a set of selection criteria was developed and evaluated by nuclear power technology experts. Safety and Reliability emerges as the most important goal area, followed by Waste Management and Economics in terms of priority. Sodium fast cooled reactors appear to be the most competitive in the two most important goal areas while very high temperature reactors for economics. Furthermore, the results of this project can be used as reference for decision making and future development of Generation IV reactors aimed at advancing nuclear technology to meet future energy demands.

This study examined the influence of foreign consumers' intrinsic and extrinsic attributes of products of different origin countries on product selection. Also, considering the characteristics of consumers, foreign products were classified into the preferred group and the non-preferred group, and each influence relationship was tested using conditional logistic regression analysis.
As a result, the ease of use, product life, quality, design, price, quality, and technical excellence of cosmetic products affected product selection. In the case of the national image, the level of economic development and similarity proved to have an impact on product selection. In the case of the group that doesn't prefer the foreign product, only the intrinsic property, ease of use and product life are affected, and affinity for the product of the country of origin affects product selection.
This study is expected to have academic contribution to complement the limitations of the previous studies by examining the influence relationship on multiple alternative alternatives. In addition, it is expected that consumers will be able to identify the diversity of consumers by examining the product evaluation and selection of consumers in exporting countries and emerging countries, and suggest implications for product competitiveness and differentiation.

Healthy ecosystems in the industry are not created in a short time. In particular, SMEs that measure the health of ecosystems have limitations in spontaneous competitiveness and innovation. In order to overcome this, the industrial innovation movement supported by large corporations, midsize companies and public corporations led to 98% of SMEs experiencing productivity improvement. Especially, more than 60% of companies with more than 10% improved their productivity. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors that need to be urgently corrected in order to find out the performance of industrial innovation activities, reflecting characteristics of regions and industries. This study was conducted on 199 SMEs in Yeongnam region participating in industrial innovation movement. The following points were confirmed through SPSS and IPA analysis. As a result of the research, it was found that the establishment of the innovation system of the organization is urgent in all industries. In addition, the factors shown in the Ⅱ quadrant indicate that 'cost reduction' is especially pointed out in the machinery & automobile industries, and 'education and learning participation of the employees' is the priority in the electrical & electronic industries and other industries.
