本硏究强調了工作-家庭沖突作爲影響工作壓力和工作滿意度的重要因素之一,還硏究了它對工作壓力和工作滿意度之間的中介作用的影響。本硏究調査對象爲542 名在澳門六家博企工作的庄荷,采用描述性統計分析、因子分析、單因素方差分析、相關分析、回歸分析等方法。經統計分析從個人背景資料發現,庄荷的工作壓力及工作-家庭沖突不會因性別、學歷及工作年資有顯著的差異之分,工作壓力及工作-家庭沖突多産生在35 歲以下,未婚或已婚无孩的庄荷身上,而女性庄荷的工作滿意度比男性高。調査結果顯示,庄荷的工作與家庭沖突部分地介導了工作壓力與工作滿意度之間的關系。在討論了這些結果的含義,對這一領域的未來硏究提出了建議。
The present study highlights the significance of work-family conflict as one of the most important factors affecting work stress and job satisfaction. This paper also examines its impact in a mediating role between work stress and job satisfaction. The respondents for this study consisted of 542 table game dealers working in six enterprises in Macau. Descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were the statistical methods used in this study. The results show that gender, education and working experience have no significant difference on work stress and workfamily conflict in the personal data analysis. But being under 35 years old, single, or married with no child means dealers have significant work stress and work-family conflicts. Nevertheless, female table game dealers have more job satisfaction than male table game dealers. The findings revealed that dealers' work-family conflicts partially mediated the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. The implications of these results are discussed, and recommendations are made regarding future research in this area.
