1IPA 기법을 통한 유아강점 강화 양육태도의 중요도 및 수행도 분석

The purpose of this study was to examine parenting attitude geared toward reinforcing young children's strengths and to present a strengths-reinforcing parenting attitude on which parents should focus in our society by making an importance-performance analysis.
The items of a strengths-reinforcing parenting attitude scale were produced, and a survey was conducted on 330 parents. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the area that their children usually demonstrated the most strength was character, followed by learning strength and life strength. As for strength item, they pointed out vitality/positivity the most, followed by self-esteem and relationship. Second, they got 4.36 in importance awareness of parenting attitude geared toward reinforcing young children's strengths, and they got 3.89 in performance at ordinary times. The scores were both high. Concerning importance awareness of a strengths-reinforcing parenting attitude toward 19 strength items, safety was considered most important, followed by etiquette, vitality/positivity and relationship. Their usual performance was the best in terms of etiquette, followed by safety, relationship and saving. Third, when an IPA was carried out, a strength-reinforcing parenting attitude that required concentration in the future was to strengthen self-regulation and creativity.

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between University students' parent communication types, parent-child relationship quality, and self-efficacy, thereby ultimately seek methods to enhance University students' self-efficacy. To achieve the objective, a survey was conducted to 351 students in C University located in Gyeongnam region.
The summary of the study results are as follows:
First, parent communication types did not have a significant difference in student gender and major. Second, parent-child relationship quality was shown to have a partly significant difference by student gender and major. Third, self-efficacy showed significance by student gender, with male students surpassing that of female students. Fourth, a significant correlation was found between their parent communication types, parent-child relationship quality, and self-efficacy. Especially, self-regulated efficacy, the sub-factor of self-efficacy, had very high correlations with the majority of the sub-factors of parent communication type and parent-child relationship quality. Fifth, the most influential variable on the final variable, the self-regulated efficacy, was shown to be the father's communication(β= .481), followed by the mother-child relationship quality(β= .221) by order.

In this study, nutrition and hygiene education textbooks and teaching and learning curriculum were developed to improve the nutrition and hygiene level of children attending Community Children's Center.
The nutrition and hygiene education workbook consisted of 4 sessions by selecting related topics for each season. Seasonal topics were selected as follows, spring: importance of hygiene to prevent fine dust, summer: prevention of food poisoning, autumn: in-between season and seasonal foods, and winter: cold prevention.
In comparison with the effects before and after nutrition and hygiene education, the level of nutrition knowledge increased significantly in the prevention of food poisoning, the in-between season changes and seasonal food, and the prevention of cold after education. However, in the education of the importance of hygiene for fine dust and prevention, there was no significant effect before and after education.
After nutrition education using the nutrition and hygiene workbook developed in this study, the students answered 'very satisfied' to the question of whether the education helped to form the correct eating habits. Also, they would like to continue to participate in education, and more than half of the children were positive about the content of the education.
Therefore, the workbook developed in this study contributes to the improvement of nutritional and hygiene knowledge level of the children attending the community children's center and contributes to correct eating behavior in life, thus might helping children prepare for a healthy future.

The purpose of the study is to develop learning motivation enhancing program and to verify the effects on self-determination motivation, academic self efficacy, and social interest based on the Adler's individual psychology. The subjects of this study were 30 third grade students. For statistical methods, repeated measurement analysis and multiple comparison analysis were used.
The results of the study are as follows. First, the result of the development of the learning motivation enhancing program based on the Adler's individual psychology improved and maintained self-determinate motivation. Second, the result of the development of the learning motivation enhancing program based on the Adler's individual psychology improved and maintained academic self-efficacy. Third, the result of the development of the learning motivation enhancing program based on the Adler's individual psychology improved and maintained social interest. Finally, discussion and suggestion of the learning motivation enhancing program based on the results of the study were proposed.

5프로젝트관리(Project Management)기법을 적용한 대학생 진로지도 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석

본 연구에서는 대학생들의 효율적인 진로지도를 위해 프로젝트관리기법을 적용한 진로지도 교수법을 개발하였다. 대학생들의 진로지도를 위해 프로젝트관리기법을 적용한 진로교육 프로그램, 워크북 및 교수학습 지도안을 개발한 후 실제 대학생들을 대상으로 해당 프로그램을 운영한 후 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 학생들과 해당 교육 효과 유무를 비교하였다. 프로그램과 교재 내용은 도입 부분에서 인생에서 목표 설정의 의미를 파악하고, 전개 부분에서 프로젝트 매니저의 개념, 내 인생의 프로젝트 매니저가 되기 위한 나의 인적성 분석, 인생 설계 헌장을 통한 인생 목표 설정, 인생설계지도 제작으로 인생목표를 달성하기 위한 방법 구체화, 인생 목표를 달성하는데 있어 윤리의 중요성으로 구성하였다. 그리고 교육 후 진로 관련 설문조사를 실시하였는데, 교육을 받지 않은 본교의 학생들을 대조군으로 하여 동일한 내용의 질문을 하였을 때, PM 진로교육 프로그램을 이수한 학생들의 진로정체감 정서, 진로정체감 인지, 진로정체감 행동 점수가 대조군에 비해 유의적으로 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 성별에 따른 진로프로그램 수업 참여 여부에 따른 진로정체감 검증에서 여학생의 경우 대조군과 실험군의 교육전후 차이에서 진로정체감 정서를 제외한 나머지 부분에 대해서는 유의미한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 프로젝트관리기법의 제한점을 추후 수정 보완하여 진로교육 프로그램에 활용된다면 대학생들의 진로설정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.


The aim of this study was to develop a career educational program for college students using project management techniques. This study was designed to help students reach their life goals by thinking of their life as a project and learning project management techniques, so that they can have a desired career after graduation. The content of the program is to understand the meaning of goal setting in life in the introduction part, the concept of project manager in the development part, personality analysis to become the project manager of my life, life goal setting through the life design charter, and life design mapping. To test the effectiveness of the program, 44 students (male 21, female 23) who took a 2 hours of class were sampled to form a experiment group. As s results, the emotion for career identity, 'cognition for career identity, and behavior for career identity in the experiment group was significantly improved as compared with the control group who did not take the program. However, the significant improvement was limited only in the emotion for career identity in the female students. In conclusion this study suggest that the career education program developed using project management could be helpful to set up the career of college students, and gender differences should be considered to develop the career education program.
