1호흡기질환 관리 모바일 애플리케이션 사용의향에 미치는 요인

Purpose: To analyze the results of an online survey conducted to develop a user-friendly respiratory disease management mobile application.
Methodology: The questionnaires were conducted from July 26, 2018 to October 23, 2018 for 90 days. A total of 267 respondents were used for the analysis. Chi-square test, t-test, and multivariate logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.
Findings: As a result of the analysis, preference for functions related to medical services was high in all ages and the odds of positive intention to use respiratory disease management application was 4.76 times higher than 40 years old compared with less than 40 years old. The group with more than one effort was found to be significantly higher than those who did not.
Practical Implication: It is expected that the functions derived from the main results in this study will be helpful for the effective health management of patients with chronic respiratory disease.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the use of superior general hospitals on public holidays by using the medical use model (Dutton 's medical use model) with the medical panel data.
The study found that 34.2% of superior general hospital emergency rooms were used on public holidays and the factors which made statistically significant influences on the use of superior general hospital emergency rooms on public holidays were whether patients were operated or emergency care and inspection etc. Also, there was a difference depending on whether the type of establishment of the medical insititution is national or private.
In other words, patients who received emergency care and examinations were found to make more frequent visit to hospital emergency room on pubic holiday ,compared to patients who underwent surgery and those who visited emergency rooms in the private superior general hospital did so, compared to those who visited emergency room in the national general hospital(OR, 4.4, 3.386, respectively).
Therefore, it is necessary to consider the introduction of integrated care of health and social care medical service that focuses on primary care in Denmark, which focuses on patients, and pre-The Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale(pre-CTAS) in the UK.

Purposes: This study examines academic research trends and the change of patterns by analyzing researches related to healthcare service marketing from 1988 to 2016.
Methodology: As research subjects, a total of 486 published articles were selected. It's to analyze them by dividing into research topics, methods and data by classifying the period into 1988-1999, 2000-2009, 2010-2016.
Findings: From 1988 to 2016, 486 research articles on healthcare service marketing were published in academic journals. Research on healthcare service marketing has steadily increased. Most of the articles were about service quality, satisfaction, revisitation, and reuse. 452 research articles were quantitative research. Generally questionnaire surveys were used.
Practical Implications: We suggest future research directions on the basis of the status of research on healthcare service marketing for the last 30 years.

Purposes : The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the consturct development of brand trust in dental clinic service and its influence on both satisfaction and brand loyalty of clinic users in Seoul area.
Methodology : To test the hypotheses, the structured instrument was employed to question to patients and their guardians who had used dental clinics in the metropolitan area. 207 cases were analyzed with structural equation method through SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 22.0, and findings of the test as follows.
Findings : Firstly, both functional and associative images had a positive impact on the brand trust. Especially we found the influence of functional images was greater than that of the brands' associative images. Secondly, the satisfaction of dental clinic users had greater positive influence on the clinics with greater trust. Thirdly, the higher the satisfaction of health service consumers, the more positive effect on brand loyalty. This relationship between the satisfaction of dental clinic users and brand loyalty match the findings of previous studies on relations of similar variables.
Practical Implications : This study shows that with greater satisfaction, the referral rate and the revisit rate of users would increase. This implies that dental clinics need to take appropriate actions to build brand trust with advertising and/or PR strategies for a good brand image. It would be necessary to research further expected variables that influence users' brand loyalty in the service, such as the dentists' level of expertise, their relationship level with customers, the quality of dental services and et al..

Purpose: As an interest in the elderly medical expenses increases, elderly people are increasingly purchasing indemnity private health insurance. Authors tried to investigate factors of having the indemnity private health insurance among the elderly people aged 65-75 years.
Methods: We conducted panel logit regression analysis on 2,465 subjects as of 2016 using Korean Health Panel from 2010 to 2016. The dependent variable was whether to enroll in the indemnity private health insurance. The explanatory variables included socio-demographic characteristics, economic factors, health status, and health behaviors.
Findings: As a result of the analysis of factors of purchasing indemnity private health insurances, it was analyzed that people with larger family, educated, pensioner, high household income or no disability were more likely to have indemnity private health insurance.
Practical Implications: Considering the results of this study, the factor of purchasing indemnity private health insurance among elderly people were more likely to be their economic than demographic characteristics such as sex, age, and marital status. Policy makers should make efforts to reduce the burden on the elderly medical expense and to improve equity of medical use through institutional improvement such as raising age limit and lowering premium of indemnity private health insurance and expansion of public health insurance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of characteristics of hospital choice and hospital service quality on service value, customer satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent and a survey involving patients and their caregivers who used the hospital before was conducted for empirical analysis. Thus, the theory and factors concerning the characteristics of hospital choice, hospital service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent and relevant preceding research were explored after examining the preceding research, the research model was developed accordingly. A total of 459 collected questionnaires were analyze after carrying out the survey on a national scale. The findings of this study have significance since it identified the motivation that affect the choice of hospital and provide information. Also, this study could be utilized as reference data for hospitals to survive in the fierce competition, as it carried out factual survey on considerations when making choice of hospital. Furthermore, due to the low expectation of patients and caregivers for hospital administration, the study indicated that it's linked to a significantly low chance of customer satisfaction and provide the cause. This study was differentiated with other research on hospital choice since it selected security as a factor of hospital choice, though it's not discussed in the preceding research and moreover, conducted the empirical analysis. And the results of empirical analysis revealed that customers felt that service value was improved when the information security was strengthened. In other words, the strengthening of hospital information security could be hospital choice motivation, which means this study provided practical implication.

The medical advertising review system which was revised and implemented on September 28, 2018, was revived. In this paper, we examine the implications of social ethics and public value of advertising under 4 perspectives of advertising, present the direction of future medical advertising, and suggest the meaning and expected effect of the preliminary medical advertising review system.
