1메타아크릴산을 이용한 폴리옥시에틸렌계 반응성 계면활성제 합성

In this study, Reactive surfactant have been synthesized using synthesis of polyoxyethylene(10) oleyl ether(POE(10)), polyoxyethylene(20) oleyl ether (POE(20)) which is nonionic surfactant and methacrylic acid. Benzene was used as the solvent, p-tsOH was used as the catalyst. The synthesized surfactant was confirmed by FT-IR, 1H-NMR spectra.
The measured critical micelle concentration(c.m.c) was 1.29×10-4 mol/L and surface tension at c.m.c was 35.0 dyne/cm for POE(10)-MA and 8.2×10-5 mol/L, 40.2 dyne/cm for POE(20)-MA. HLB number was evaluated 9.1 for POE(10)-MA and 18.6 for POE(20)-MA, which is expected to be used as wetting agent and solubilizing agent. Evaluation of physical properties was measured surface tension, HLB, critical micelle concentration, foam power & stability.

In this study, the electrochemical properties of Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) coated Mesocarbon Microbeads (MCMB) were investigated as anode material in lithium ion batteries. PVC with various compositions (MCMB/PVC=1:1, 1:1.5 and 1:2 wt/wt%) was prepared to coat the surface of MCMB using tetrahydrofuran as the solvent. Prepared composites were analysed by PSA and SEM. The electrochemical characteristics of the anode materials were investigated by initial charge/discharge, cycle, rate performance, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests in the electrolyte of LiPF6 (EC:DEC=1:1 vol%). The anode electrodes (MCMB/PVC=1:1.5 wt/wt%) had better rate performance (5 C/0.2 C=72.7%) than others anode materials.

Recently, optimum fin design involved with its geometries is important to improve the heat transfer performance without increasing fin number. When the junction temperature of a semiconductor reach over its maximum allowable design limit, the device will be broken down. One of the common and conventional method to remove the generated heat is using a finned heat sink with high thermal conductive material. And it is directly contacted to the heat source surface of the electronic component.
Heat sink usually consists of a flat base with lots of fin arrays to increase the heat transfer area. The greater the surface area, the better it is able to dissipate the heat generated. The most usual cooling methods could be natural or forced convection with typical fluid cooling mediums.
In the present study, the non-uniform geometrical pin-fin arrays are studied in terms of effects of fluid flow, different fin geometries, and so on. Three different fin geometries were used to study and compared to each other to determine the most efficient heat transfer performance. The goal of study is to optimize heat transfer performance of the heat sinks studied in a range of configuration based on fin geometries. The simulation shows slight variation with different geometries. The flow direction to the highest fin is allowable to get higher heat transfer performance.

In this paper, a theoretical and simulation study was performed to analyze the possibility and performance of a regeneration integrated refrigeration system for the circulation and re-liquefaction of boil out gas(BOG) for liquified natural gas(LNG) vehicles. The mass flow rate of BOG discharged and re-liquefied in the system is equal to 0.014 kg/s at conditions of -145K, 8.23 bar respectively. The cycle contains 3 compressors which escalate the pressure to 16.3 bar, 30 bar and 50 bar, respectively. After condensing through the regenerative condenser, the BOG expanded by expansion valves became saturated gas and liquid mixture, which was separated in flash chambers. The gas phase BOG is mixed with the high temperature compressed BOG from compressors for intercooling. When the expansion valves operates in conditions at 50 bar, 30 bar, and 16.3 bar, the gas mass fraction of each states indicates 0.633, 0.228, and 0.152, respectively. The total work of the compressor is 5.054 kW and the cooling effect of the evaporator is 6.930 kW resulting in the COP of 1.37.

Recently, producing electric power with PEMFC (Proton-exchange membrane fuel cell) is one of the solution to overcome environmental and energy crisis. Resulting products of PEMFC are electric power, water and heat by the electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen. So in the fuel cell system, not only do you supply the reactants to the stack, but you also have to take good care of the water and heat that is the byproduct of the reaction. PEMFC produces a similar amount of waste heat to its electricity output. Thermal management of PEMFC is critical aspect to optimize the performance and durability of PEMFCs. Small temperature deviation of PEMFC can lead deterioration of the performance and operation stability. Accordingly, the current simulated design trial is focused on its operation safety. And characteristic analysis of heat exchangers applied for PEMFC was performed. Simulated results show that the cooling water should be kept under 45~50℃.

Due to recent Air pollution with PM(Particulate Matter), fast-growing respiratory patients need more effective remedies. DPI(Dry Powder Inhaler) is one of the treatments for respiratory disease like asthma. DPI, distinct from other aerosol device for using solid particle for aerosol material, needs analysis. In this paper, the flow of drug particles in several mouthpiece mounted DPI is analyzed by CFD. Each model of mouthpieces has its unique characteristic particle flow. The flow speeds of drug powder passing the device decreased and broader particle distribution was shown in the same conditions. This tendency is expected to reduce the amount of drugs attached to the patient's neck and further improve the performance of DPI.

Water-based adhesives are increasingly used in recent years because they are easy to handle and environmentally safe. In order to compare the properties of the water-based adhesive according to the surfactant used, synthetic surfactants were confirmed. Solid content, viscosity, initial adhesive force were compared. The synthesized reactive surfactants were polyoxyethylene(10) oleyl ether methacrylate(POE(10)-MA) and polyoxyethylene(20) oleyl ether methacrylate(POE(20)-MA). In the case of using POE(10)-MA and POE(20)-MA respectively, the solid contents were 68% and 56%. The initial adhesion was measured as No. 32 for adhesives with POE(10)-MA and No. 20 for the use of POE(20)-MA, respectively.

Recently, the robot industry is showing rapid growth. This phenomenon affects not only the manufacturing industry but also our home. In particular, many companies are making home robots, and the demand is increasing. But these home robots on sale do not interact well with human. This paper propose a method to localize the sound sources to make a robot that can interact with people. ROS based robot samples sound sources with two microphones and transfers signal data to workstation. And the workstation processes the data to calculate the TDOA and LDOA of the sound sources. These two variables are used as inputs to the FIS to estimate sound position. As a result, high accurate sound localization was possible on a two-dimensional plane, and by applying this method, three-dimensional sound localization was possible too.
