The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of exercise training on blood lactate and physical fitness by performing circuit training for a total of 6 weeks for sports climbing athletes. Circuit training consisted of 80 minutes per day 4 times a week and comparative analysis of pre and post. Data were measured twice at week 0 and week 6, and the results were compared by t-test for the pre and post-test in the exercise group. The statistical setting was applied as α=.05. In the exercise group, changes in physical fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, power, agility and flexibility showed statistically significant differences in all factors. The changes in blood lactate were statistically significant in the exercise group, as compared with the pre-test, but decreased in the post-test. As a result, the circuit training results showed that sports climbing athletes improved physical fitness and decreased blood lactate. These results suggest that the exercise is different from self-training in holder training or artificial rock. In addition, I think that it will be a chance to develop one step further to the players in the top ranker if exercise period and exercise prescription approach are carried out.

The purpose of this study is to verify new poomsae as the training program for athletes' performance development. This study is to analyze and compare between Nareusya, Bigak, Saebyeol and Himchari and Taeback on kinematic difference. The subjects were 5 male athletes and 5 female athletes. The subjects were observed while they performed each poomsae for 3 times continuously. The new poomsaes showed longer performance time than Taeback. In glucose, Bigak only showed significant difference in rest. Taeback showed the lowest value in 1st and 2nd performance. While 1st and 2nd performance, the new poomsaes, showing no significant difference among themselves, did show significant difference with Taeback. In 3rd performance both new poomsae and Taeback showed no significant difference. As the result of performance for 3 continuous times, only Nareusya and Himchari showed, in 1st performance, significant difference with Taeback in HRpeak value. In 2nd performance, all new poomsae showed significant difference with Taeback. In the last performance, no significant difference were found in all poomsae. Therefore, the result would be considered that, due to a few number of motion and short performance time, no significant difference in glucose. It could be judged that increasing number of performance times or intensifying the performance could be more effective as a training program. It is expected to find significant difference between each poomsae if the number of the case increased

An actor expresses emotions as materials to physically express them. Sometimes physical reactions are utilized as materials to produce emotional reactions. This is not just deemed as an acting skill as it leads to problems where actors and actresses involved in acting have to check their own physical condition. It is crucial to take care of one's body and be aware of how much stress on stage affects your body. Preliminary research data on psychological traumas and stress-related physiological changes during the actors' performances are very scarce. As a result, There were no statistically significant results between the actors who are currently performing and actors on a break (t=1.924, p=.091). There were statistically significant differences between stable period and period immediately after the performance (t=-4.490, p=.002), stable period and recovery period (t=2.443, p=0.040), and stable period and recovery period in vas (t=-4.472, p=.002). A statistically significant difference was observed in the actors 2 hours before the performance and the recovery period which is 30 minutes after the play (t=3.504, p=.008). However, no significant difference was observed in other categories. In this studym the stress generated within actors performing on stage was analyzed through physiological and psychological factors to determine the degree of stress and fatigue caused by the performances of acting.
