Introduction: Drones are used in various fields. However, they are not free to fly at nights in most cities by considering safety issues of it. Also, it is not allowed to fly over 150 meters high in invisible zones, especially at night time. Because these cause collision between drones and tall buildings and collision between drones.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a system to control drones, i.e., drone control center.
Method: Literature was done before selecting GPS, transmitter and drone information. Discussion/Conclusion: Developed an application to transmits the information received from the controller to the cloud using the LTE network. The control system contain a Vworld's 3D map provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. The calculated data applied to the 3D map on the drone control system. The system specifies the margin of error compared with the registered airframe information. The controller continuously mointer every drones connected to it and notifiy the pilot when necessary (example, during danger).

introduction: Most of the developed cities are now highly populated with increased high-rise buildings. In general, high-rise structures are not preferred due to user perception of insecurity in case of fire and high cost of the building. Recently, there were fire accident occurred in an eight-story building that resulted in numerous causalities and property damage. Globally, there is a constant increase in fire accident in high-rise building. Based on the National Security Agency, the total number of fires in the apartment was 5,798. In that, the high-rise building fire accounted about 60.4% of all building fires. However, not much effort taken to reduce the rate of fire accidents especially in high-rise building.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to conduct a basic research on how to reduce a fire at an early stage by placing a fire extinguisher in the drones. It also aims at increasing the speed of fire fighters responses to reduce causalities and property damage.
Method: First, this study adopted a method of launching a hand grenade type throwing fire extinguisher into a drone. We selected DJI Inspire 1 model with wide range of manoeuvrability, less affected by wind, and can withstand weight of the hand grenade type fire extinguisher (1.2 kg) also. In addition, we surveyed drone specialists and fire-fighters to determine the appropriate number of fire extinguishers and their location.
Conclusion/Discussion: The survey concludes that a total of four hand grenade type throwing fire extinguisher could be installed in a drone and also the drone can throw the fire extinguisher at an angle of 100 degrees downward. However, the drones can fly about 15 minutes only. This survey also suggest that the fire drone would help to reduce fires in high-rise building and also it can reach fire sites six times faster than golden time. It is expected that about 2,000 ~ 3,000 drones to be placed in fire sites annually, particularly in high-rise building to reduce losses of both life and property

As a modern science and technology, the development of computers is changing with each passing day. Computer UI interfaces carry rich and complex cultural information. This paper carries on brand-new thinking and exploration to the design art and emotion expression of the computer UI interface. Through the computer UI interface design art and emotional expression theory methods, the concept and characteristics of computer UI interface design art and emotional expression are constructed, and various issues in the development process of computer UI interface design art and emotional expression are explored, and the UI interface design of the computer is tapped. The theoretical value of art and emotional expression can better grasp the computer UI interface design art and emotional expression and new technology after the integration of development trends and trends.

The present study aimed at exploring the visual cognitive neural mechanism of balanced beauty composition by experiment with the visual art elements as the materials and by use of the method of neural detection technology to determine the degree of aesthetic activation, to obtain effective electrical nerve physiological data. The main findings are as followings: first, images in line with the principle of balanced composition evoked greater P3 peak and a shorter latent period, and will provide more aesthetic experience; second, the discovery of a rare N4-like component in beauty judgments is related to the brain's novelty processing; The present study avoided the subjectivity of aesthetic experience, from a point of control view of the aesthetic elements variables of stimulation images to achieve a specific scientific inquiry of aesthetic theory, we defined the scientificity of principle of balanced composition.

Stroke is a brain attack occurs when sudden disturbance of blood supply to the brain. In Korea, stroke is the third leading cause of death after cancer and heart disease. Stroke symptoms are FAST (Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty), also beyond FAST including trouble in visibility, trouble in walking, numbness or weakness of face, arm, etc. Voice onset time (VOT) is an interval from implosive sound to before start vowel, also it is an important signal to confirm the presence or absence of implosive sound. The VOT simply refers the time that elapses between the release of the articulators for a stop and the onset of vocal cord vibration of the following segment. Not much studies analyzed the speech data for predicting stroke onset. This study aims at investigating voice onset time difference between normal elderly and elderly stroke patients to prepared stroke prediction model. A total of 324 elderly (151 stroke patients, 173 normal) were recruited from Chungnam National University Hospital for this study. The elderly subjects were instructed to pronounce an explosive Korean word “TTOGTTA” three times and their voice were recorded for further processing. Both groups voice signals for analyzed for VOT and compared.

In recent years, ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) such as V2I (Vehicleto- Infrastructure), V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) are being actively developed for driving safety systems across the world. In the future, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) using ICT and various kinds of sensors will be more implemented on PTW (Powered Two-wheeler) and introducing pace also will be accelerated. However, ADAS such as alarm systems can increase the level of mental stress of the four-wheeler drivers and it can be more critical for PTW riders. Therefore, we propose a method of quantifying the riding performance and mental stress level of PTW riders. In this study, we investigated the riders riding behaviors and mental stress using riding simulator (n = 7, mean age = 24.57). The riding performance was quantified as a single indicator, the mental stress level was assumed the normalized EDA signal when riders encountered a risky situation. As a result, the average mental stress level slightly increased when using the system, but there was no significant difference (t (20) = - 1.366, p=0.187). However, the riding performance improved when using the system (t (20) = -5.996, p<0.001).

This study focuses on images of cooked dishes, and aims to identify the essential features of good images, that is, photos that make food look "delicious". The authors consider as Kansei evaluation “Looks delicious” as a hierarchical structure constructed from the impression layer and the physical layer, and modeled it using the impression evaluation and physical features of the image. First, the impression evaluation for images of cooked dishes was performed. As a result, the evaluation value of the adjective pair that affects the Kansei evaluation value of “Looks delicious” and the Kansei evaluation value of “Looks delicious” was obtained. A principal component analysis was performed using the evaluation values of the obtained adjective pairs, and four principal components were extracted as the impression layer: delicacy, sizzle, freshness and moderate portion. The physical layer used six image features: hue, saturation, brightness, number of pixels, presence of background, and presence of background blur. Next, a “Looks delicious” hierarchical structure model was constructed using Ridge regression. As a result, it was suggested that the delicacy has an influence especially on "looks delicious", and that brightness, background, and background blur had an effect on delicacy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of supplying the scent related to Kagawa prefecture on driving behavior and accident-reduction effects. It has been already revealed that supplying a scent of aroma oils is effective in the maintenances of drive's concentration and arousal level in various kinds of studies. However, there are few studies that evaluate how much the effects of scents except for aroma oils are. Thus, in this study, considering that a lot of traffic fatal accidents are caused in Kagawa prefecture in Japan, we focused on reducing it by using the scent which is composed of the pine oil extracted from Matsu and Bonsai related to Kagawa prefecture. We conducted a driving simulator experiment and analyzed driving behavior against a risk event in the two conditions of supplying the scent or not. Additionally, we performed the simulation analysis based on time-series reliability model proposed by authors in a previous study to quantify the accident-reduction effects by supplying the scent. We found that there was a significant shortening in braking reaction time when supplying the scent. As a result, the accident-reduction effects of 43.8 % by supplying a scent was shown.

10Comfort evaluation of custom-made men's dress shirts for special body type

To verify the comfort of personalized men's dress shirts for special body types, we evaluated the comfort of custom-made dress shirts by wearing test and using a 3D simulator. For subjects of forward head, sway back, rounded upper back, and forward shoulder, we made a ready-made shirt and three custom-made shirts for each body type by modifying the ready-made shirt. A comfort assessment questionnaire was conducted by wearing those shirts. An avatar is created on a 3D simulator using a subject's dimensions and shape, and wearing simulations were carried out using the same shirts pattern and the avatar. We compared the results of the questionnaires to the distribution of clothing pressure of simulation. With the custom made shirts modified the ready-made shirts, the number of discomfort parts of the ready-made shirts was decreased. In the simulation of the ready-made shirts, high clothing pressure is observed on the places where the subjects felt the pressure. High clothing pressure is reduced by wearing custommade shirts. Therefore, it was able to make comforter custom-made shirts for the special body types by modifying ready-made shirts. It was also found that 3D simulator can be substituted for wearing experiments targeted those special body types.
