The purpose of this research is to evaluate the maturity of Korean senior welfare policy by investigating on senior's life status and social expenditure on senior's welfare, and comparing it with the practice of active ageing policy over other countries in two aspects, governmental support for old-age employment and social activities. The research method is literature reviews on the precedent studies and the reports issued by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, Ministry of Health and Welfare in Korea, WHO, EU, UN and OECD. The result of this study is that Korean senior health and welfare policy for active and healthy senior life reflects many important criteria of the active ageing policy, and that Korea is already a worldly recognized country of well-founded senior welfare policy with old-age employment project by Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the aged and nation-wide life-long education centers and leisure class. Some suggestions for further development of Korean senior welfare policy are to hold campaigns for perception improvement on old-age employment and to adopt company's incentive policy for hiring seniors like European countries as well as to launch more rhythm exercise programs through life-long education centers.

This study is aims to identify relationship between ego-identity and career maturity of Arts high school students in dance major. For the purpose, 350 sheets of questionnaire were distributed to Arts high school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi province using the random sampling method. And Total 324 samples are used for final analysis except for 26 cases which were missing some questions or thought to be dishonest. The collected data are computerized using with IBM STATISTICS SPSS 25.0 is applied. and the following results are drawn from carrying out frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability, correlation, multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows, Firstly, the result of the F-test reveal significant differences in ego-identity's proprioceptive factors among school grade(p<.05) and rhythmic exercise period(p<.05). Secondly, the result of the F-test reveal significant differences at p<.05 level in career maturity's goal-driven, confidence, independence, determinacy factors among school grade, rhythmic exercise major and rhythmic exercise period. Third, ego-identity variables have significantly and positively influenced on the career maturity at rhythmic exercise (dance major) in Arts high school.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data on the training for balanced physical development, improvement of the badminton performance of the students in the growing age, and also the possibility of the transition of the badminton club students to professional athletes by investigating the effects of balance training on posture stabilization and exercise functional fitness of middle school badminton club students. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 22 male students at D middle school located in S city, Gyeonggi-do, were selected at random and allocated 11 students each for the exercise group(EG) and comparison group(CG), and postural stabilization and exercise function fitness was measured. Data from the study were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The differences between the pre and post exercise within the groups were analyzed by the paired sample t-test, and the differences between the groups were analyzed by the independent sample t-test. The main results obtained through this study are as follows. First, balance training for 10 weeks showed a significant or positive change in the SEBT-PL, SEBT-P, SEBT-PM, SEBT-M among the measurement direction of posture stabilization of the middle school badminton club student. Second, the balance training for 10 weeks increased with the significant difference in the power and agility of middle school badminton club students. In conclusion, balance training for 10 weeks had a positive effect on postural stabilization and exercise functional fitness of middle school badminton club students.

The purpose of this study is to affirm the practical applicability of capstone design class teaching model for elementary school expression activity with cooperation among elementary school education specialist, researcher, and elementary school teacher. The research method is to make corrections on and complement the model by trying it with ten fifth-grade elementary school students and pre-teacher, and to confirm the applicability of the model at the school site by completing the process of analysis, design, creation, expression, composition, presentation, and evaluation. Capstone design class teaching model is typified solely as 'student-driven creation type' and is a class teaching method to strengthen capacity through open discussions. The class process is composed of five parts, first, 'self-expression and cognitive experience of the inner self' through game activities, second, comprehension of the composition of movement lines and space, third, technical use of digital media and expansion of knowledge, fourth, development of problem-solving capacity in group activities with a sense of community acquired from cooperation with team members, and lastly, new creation with a variety of compositions and conversions through 'presentation', and furthermore, the model comprehensively covers the details of methods and contents for the class process.

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of participation in the 12-week cover dance program on characters of the girl students in elementary schools. A total of 60 students whose grade between 3rd and 6th participated in this study. 30 students participated in the cover dance program as an experimental group, other 30 students did not participated in the program as a control group. We conducted an independent samples t-test in order to examine differences between those groups. The results of this analysis are as following. First, there were no significant differences between two groups for pre-test results. Second, there were significant differences between two groups for post-test results. Third, the experimental group' personality is generally significant compared to the control group. Fourth, pre- and post-examination of the group not participating in the cover dance program showed that self-esteem, consideration, responsibility, courtesy, justice, and citizenship were lower in the post-test results compared to the experimental group with significant differences. The following results showed that the cover dance program has a positive effect on the personality of girl students in elementary schools. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that implementing a cover dance program at an elementary education site can be an effective way to enhance characters of elementary school students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of sport post traumatic stress management and enhancing sport performance of the athletes in the rehabilitation process after sports injury. In the study, sport post traumatic stress,Resourcefulness, sports psychology skill, and self - management scale of 10 student players were verified using SPSS program 20.0. In this study. and analyzed the cases by measuring initial and late of each. The results showed a marked change in the perchance excess arousal and in the re-examination in post-sports trauma stress. It showed a marked change in the perchance the problem focused coping in Resourcefulness. It showed a marked change in the perchance Goal setting in sports psychology skills. This study are expected to help us understand the players who are suffering from post traumatic stress. and The body therapy program will help injured athletes.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the continuous behavior of dance-for-all participants through regression analysis. For study subject, middle-aged women participating in the dance-for-all in the region of Gangwon-do were set as the population, and a total of 355 copies was collected and 317 copies were used in the final analysis. Data processing was conducted using SPSS Windows ver 22.0 program to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. As the results of the analysis, first, in stage 1 of Hierarchical Regression Analysis, continuous behavior was shown to become heightened the longer the participation period in the dance-for-all had been. Second, in stage 2 of Hierarchical Regression Analysis, psychological satisfaction, relaxation & physiological satisfaction, and environmental satisfaction among the subfactors of leisure satisfaction were shown to have positive effects on continuous behavior, however, participation period was excluded from the explanatory variable. Third, in stage 3 of Hierarchical Regression Analysis, psychological satisfaction, relaxation & physiological satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and exercise efficacy of self-efficacy were shown to have positive effects on continuous behavior. Further, it was confirmed that relaxation & physiological satisfaction is the most important factor. For Middle-aged women participating in the dance-for all, feeling healthy and being satisfied with relaxation is likely linked with the will and behavior that lead to continuous participation in the future above any other educational or social values. From now on, participating in the dance-for-all will be established as an even meaningful leisure activity and lifetime sport for the middle-aged women.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of experience participating in rhythm―based physical activity programs on socialization of children with disabilities. This study was conducted to examine differences with a focus of the 6 sub-categories of socialization. 200 participants were recruited and consisted of the parents, teachers, and legal guardians of children with disabilities. Their child with disabilities were enrolled from 4 welfare centers, middle schools, and high schools located in the metropolitan of Seoul. The Social Maturity survey was used for this study, and the validity and reliability appropriate for research were obtained. Besides of frequent analysis and reliability analysis, independent t-test was used to examine differences between children with disabilities who had experience participating in the program and those who did not have. The results indicated that there were significant differences in development of socialization between participants who had experience participating in rhythm-based physical activity programs and those who did not have. In addition, the results showed that children with disabilities who had experience participating in rhythm-based physical activity programs have positive effects on their socialization as the period of participation becomes longer. Based on these results, we found that children with disabilities have positive impact on socialization development as their previous experience, frequency, period of participating in rhythm-based physical activity programs become longer.
